Our 900sq ft luxurious upstairs studio suite is perfect couples (or couple with a child) who love their privacy and freedom on their Alaskan Adventure. This modern suite has lots of windows with amazing views, a King Bed, a twin day bed, full bathroom, full kitchen, dining area, sofa and the best private deck in the area. This upstairs suite checks all the boxes; Modern living on the National Park Boundary, Washer/Dryer, well stocked kitchen, High Speed WIFI, Direct TV, Strong 4G Cell Service, Propane BBQ and Patio Furniture. This King Suite is 100% newly furnished and outfitted. You will find the open floor plan extremely spacious and comfortable. Our home is conveniently located 1/4 mile off The Parks Hwy and is a short 11-minute Drive to Denali National Parks only entrance road. Our house is located at the end of the road in a very quiet tiny subdivision and sits on a 2-acre bluff with amazing views. You will feel like you are living in the middle of nowhere yet you will have all the amenities of a modern home. We regularly spot wildlife in our front and back yards. Our home is located in the "Healy" area 10-miles North of the Denali Park Entrance and it is where you want to stay; best park views, away from the congestion of the park entrance area (glitter gulch). Our home is near everything; a 1-minute drive to the grocery/liquor store, 5-minute walk to Roses Cafe or a 15-minute walk to the Totem Bar. Most area activities are located within minutes of the house; flight seeing, rafting, horseback riding, guided hiking, golf, biking, ATV, Zip lining and more. For larger groups there are 2-private suites attached to our home. Each of the Luxury Suites are completely private from the main house and each other. Each Suite has their own entrances, living areas, kitchens, decks and washers and dryers. My family and I are world travelers and always stay in an AirBnB. We understand you have high expectations for your Alaskan Adventure and we strive to exceed those expectations. We pay attention to all the important details; super clean, well stocked, owners answer the phone/texts immediately and everything works. We have lived in Denali for over 25 years and love the area. We recommend you book your Denali National Park Shuttle or Tour Bus before you arrive, but all other area activities can booked once you have arrived so you can gauge the weather and get a feel of what your group wants to do. Please remember our house is right on the park boundary and a day spent enjoying the views and hiking out of the house can be extremely rewarding. Views & Wildlife The space Located on the Denali National Park boundary, our modern Log Cabin is the ultimate Alaskan Experience. You will be staying in the perfect location, a short 15-minute drive to Denali's only Entrance Rd. and less than 1-mile from The Parks Highway and the Town of Healy which has a full-service grocery/liquor store, bars and restaurants and all area activities. Healy is where you want to be, away from the congestion of glitter gulch and all the cruise ship hotels. We are the last house in our tiny subdivision and our backyard is millions of acres of wilderness with spectacular mountain views and unlimited hiking opportunities. From our house it's a short walk to Otto Lake, Black Diamond Resort (Golf and Dining) and Denali ATV. Our cabin gives you the feel of being secluded inside the National Park, yet you have all the creature comforts of modern living. We offer a well-stocked full kitchen, High Speed WIFI, Direct TV, ATT 4G and a private deck with a BBQ (propane provided). There is plenty of parking and we are very easy to locate. Our property is 4.5 hours north of Anchorage and 2 hours South of Fairbanks. There is only 1-highway between Anchorage and Fairbanks which makes navigation very easy. Follow the mile markers. We recommend you book your park bus tour prior to arrival We recommend taking the Park Bus all the way to East Fork. There is only 1-road, so the least expensive bus takes the same exact route as the most expensive bus. You can book all other activities upon arrival depending on weather and your groups desires. All activity brochures are located in the entry way to the house and most are nearby and/or can arrange pick up at the house. You can drink our water. We recycle. We provide all linens, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper. The Coffee Maker does not need filters and we provide drip coffee and powdered creamer and sugar. From time-to-time people leave condiments and other non-perishable foods but please do not expect anything in the way of food items to be provided. Please bring everything you will need. We provide propane for the BBQ. For larger groups there is 1 other private 4-Bedroom/3- Bath house located on this property (a 2-bedrrom and a 3-Bedroom house).
