Along with the ensuite, there is a second bathroom with a relaxing bath, an overhead shower, and a vanity stocked with all the essentials for your stay and plenty of soft fluffy towels for each guest. Guests have private access to the entire condo as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee, and access to 185+ channels cable channels, including HBO Max, Showtime, and MGM+. During the summer months (May 15 – September 15), guests will have access to use the Rehoboth Beach Parking Pass that is required for all non-metered areas within the city limits between 10 AM – 5 PM. We strive to make sure your time at the condo is relaxing and enjoyable and are always available during your stay if there are any questions or for any recommendations on what to do and see in the area. Located just off route one, between Rehoboth Beach and Lewes Beach, you’ll be a short drive away from some of the area's top attractions. The famous Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, with its charming shops, delicious restaurants, and exciting amusements, is only 3.5 miles away. The boardwalk is a must-visit for any traveler to the area and provides the perfect backdrop for a leisurely stroll or bike ride. Rehoboth Beach is a bike-friendly town, and you can easily rent a bike to get around. There are bike lanes on many roads and dedicated bike paths, such as the Junction & Breakwater Trail. The Delaware Beach Transit provides bus service throughout the Rehoboth Beach area. There is a bus stop near the Tanger Outlets, which is within walking distance. Sandpiper Village its located between Rehoboth Beach (3.5miles) and Lewes (4 miles). My condo unit includes free parking, full kitchen, living room, dining room, washer/dryer, dishwasher, cable/wi-fi. I supply sheets and towels. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. *$40 per hour unapproved late checkout fee. *Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a $50 per person per night penalty. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy (#guests) *CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: - Check-in is after 4pm, and check-out is by 10:30am. Arriving slightly earlier, or want that extra hour to sleep? Should be fine, but please check with me first. *OCCUPANCY: - I understand that for a whole verity of reasons, you may want additional guests to stay in the place. In the event that you want additional guests to stay, please contact me to let me know. I’m reasonable and will accommodate wherever possible. *AGE REQUIREMENTS: - There is a minimum age requirement of 21+. Guests under the age of 21 are still entirely welcome – they will just need to be accompanied by parents or guardians. *NO SMOKING: - There is no smoking of any kind in the house. If you need to smoke, you can step out to the curb and pocket your butt. *DRUGS: Illicit drugs - What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying at my place I have a strict no drug use policy. This is just the law… not so much one of my rules. *BEHAVIOR: - If you’re coming to Rehoboth or Dewey to party you’ve picked a great beach to do so. Unfortunately, just not at my place. Though I'm sure it won’t come to it, serious complaints of unruly behavior will, unfortunately, result in you being asked to leave. Not good for you. Not good for me. Any excessive necessary cleaning is subject to an additional cleaning fee. *DAMAGE: - I understand that accidents happen. But I do ask that you please let me know when they do. Chances are I can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned too. *BARBEQUE/GRILLING: - Unfortunately since it’s a multi-unit building grilling of any kind is strictly prohibited. Even outside on the patio, in or near the building (this includes gas and charcoal grills). Violating this rule will result in forfeiture of security deposit and you may be asked to vacate. *CLEANLINESS: - Whilst I do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, I kindly ask that prior to leaving, you put any dirty dishes or kitchenware used in the sink and put used towels on the floor by the laundry closet. If you'd be so kind to take your trash to one of the dumpsters outside; it helps us get through the cleaning process quicker and allows me to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests. *AMENITIES: - The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in the bathroom. We simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of holiday:) *ELECTRICITY: - To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C or heating when it’s not in use or leaving the house. Mother nature thanks you too. *SECURITY: - To ensure full safety of my guest’s belongings, please keep the front door locked as a precautionary measure. Whilst being one of the safest areas of town, I want to ensure every guest stay remains problem free, and this is just one small + simple thing we’re able to do to ensure that.
