The room were nice and clean. The beds were at first I thought were gonna be uncomfortable, because it felt it like it was a rock. After I got into it it's was pretty comfortable, I didn't wake up once. The pillow was amazing, I wanted to take them with me. The room has everything you need. The breakfast was good. Overall, I would stay there again. The value is great with everything you need for a hotel. Missing a pool but I wasn't to dissapointed with it. Just had to come up with a negative thing......
Great place, clean ,and good value if you get more than one night
Clean. Nice breakfast.
Good place to stay if you are traveling through
Location was nice Room had garbage on floor when we arrived. Toilet was covered in hair n old urine. Room smelled of feces. Pool was cold and dirty. Not enough pool Towels. Pool was small. Too many people for that size pool. Front desk staff not attentive
I like that there is a restaurant and bar located in the hotel. There was food under the bed.
The pool area was nice Our room was not very clean. Remnants of food on the floor.
The location was close to the mall Bed was lumpy and hard. Toilets flushed very loud. Thin walls. Heater turned on and off very loud. Swimming towels not stocked. Front desk staff not friendly. Roll service order was messed up. Vending machines don't vend properl . We don't get away from home very often so this was supposed to be a fun little get away for us. It ended up being the worst hotel stay that we've had in a while! This is not including other hotel guests that were noisy or not watching their own children in the pool area. We had chosen this hotel for the pool area for our kids to have fun swimming.
tv microwave fridge Out dated, door hits toilet, stains in ceiling, carpet failing 130 not value for competition, missing light bulbs, no available outlets at desk
This used to be my favorite place in Bismarck because it was near both the downtown and new areas of the city. I have stayed there numerous times (including annual business conferences) since 2012. I even went so far to get a Carlson Club card because my wife and I were intending to stay there the first weekend of every month. Unfortunately, itt has really deteriorated in the last 90 days. First, they changed the menu at the hotel restaurant. It used to sport first class food at a reasonable price. Now, its oilfield slop at the ridiculous prices charged out west where we're from. Second, have they started a "hire the convict" policy recently? Every single person who works there either had a nose ring, tattoos, a pony tail or looked like they just left either drug rehab or the State Penn. There, literally, was not one time I was in the lobby where this mope had not just mopped the floor and glared at me for walking over it to the parking lot. Third, finish the construction on the lower level of your parking facility please. It was under construction the previous month but, this past weekend, we couldn't park our Ford Explorere anywhere because not enough spaces, A-holes who parked ahead of us took up 2 spaces and 3 tour buses were hogging the street and back lot. Finally, the place is developing a "run down" look. Our room was shabby, smelled like feet and...well...sucked! Come on Radisson, at $111 per night, we're going to check out your competitors and, if things don't improve, I won't be staying there again. Sorry!
Location, cost Some things in the rooms were very new and up to date. Other random things like light plate covers and doors were old and beat up and not clean. The lobby was ghost-like--I hardly saw other guests. The night I ordered food in the restaurant there was lots of commotion in the kitchen and the staff told me they were just kidding around--very unprofessional. This probably used to be a nice hotel, but it less than homey and comfortable now.
The sleep number bed option was great to try since I've never been on one and have been considering the purchase of one lately. Right downtown; easy to walk to the mall, restaurants, & parks. It seemed like we were the only people there and the pool was great. Breakfast wasn't included because there is a restaurant in the hotel. We didn't eat there because it smelt like bad cafeteria food.
Northern hospitality Parking wasn't clear to customers
Great staff, good rooms, and an overall pleasant stay!
clean pleasant facility two story no elevator
Pool area is fine when it's not crowded. The restaurant has decent food, but isn't really worth the cost unless you're there for Sunday brunch. They wouldn't give us a refrigerator for our baby's formula, and the girl at the front desk was pretty rude about it. We also had a lot of baby gear to tote up the stairs; there doesn't seem to be an elevator.
The bed was nice and soft. The staff was very polite. The tub and shower wasn't very clean. The heater made noise and was loose.
The fact they had a restaurant and bar in the facility. They failed to clean the second room one day. They stopped giving me new towel about the third day. They did not open up the restaurant on the morning of the second day claiming lack of help....other than that it was OK.
While there was warm water in the sink, the temperature of the water in the shower had been turned down so that I had the coldest shower I've ever had, even when camping - not fun! The outside door to our hotel area was not locked despite there being a card reader on it - security did not seem to be a priority.
Friendly service and very well kept
The hotel was very clean and comfy! The waterslides were excellent and loved that they were in 2 separate rooms! Our 5 year old had a blast! And it was very convenient having a microwave and fridge in the room! There were 2 things that I didn't like and that was there is no swimming area for adults! There is like a kiddie pool and then the 2 slide pools. The other being you have an audience from the people in the lounge area with the big windows!
