Went there in November 2010. The hotel is fairly new (2 years). The location is great: a 1-minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to Daddy's Cafe - the best restaurant on Pangkor. The balconies in the rooms are very nice. The pool is very child-friendly. Breakfasts are delicious. The staff is very friendly. We were there on a Muslim holiday. The hotel owner and his wife invited us to taste traditional food (lemeng) cooked specially for this holiday. It was very unexpected and nice of them. All my family and friends really enjoyed lemeng and the whole stay at Anjungan. BTW, it was our second stay at this hotel. We liked everything the first time (January 2010) and came back in less than a year.
Not hotel's fault, but important to mention - there is some construction along the road just between Anjungan and the beach. It's not too loud, but somewhat unpleasant to walk to the beach among construction waste.
