the room is very nice and well built for Malaysian standard in terms of service, there aren't any organisations at all. the staff are not attentive and slow, plenty of them but none seems to know what they are doing. when dining at the Sunset, one of the staff said they don't have a wine list, they just serve red or white if you want, but where are the wine come from? then she gave me a whole list of all you can have ! they really do attract whole bus load full of Chinese tourists... prefect for corporate events or people who don't really care about service...not even for a weekend get away, its a shame because they rooms are really nice, but should've known, there are more than 300 rooms! and there's only one tiny pool! being over looked by 600 people at breakfast time!
welcoming staff and nice view... no arabic food and no arabic tv channels and no ATM or shopping store at the hotel
The design and location of the villas is great. Rooms are clean as well. There's no guidebook in the room to introduce the hotel facilities, restaurants, room service number etc. We merely gotten a photocopied 1page phamplet showing the hotel map & restaurants. Restaurant service at the club house is poor and staff is not as attentive. For the buffet, there's lots of houseflies landing on and hovering around the food. Guests have to spend time swatting at the flies. Spa-wise, suggest body scrub to be included in the package. And to have some brochures on the spa facilities as well, we found out that there's steambath but was informed last minute that we will require swimsuit to use it. Some warning would be nice.
