On arrival at the Hotel they tried to charge us 400 euros more then our agreed reservation. This took over an hour to settle. The room where dated and facitities lacking, tv didn't work, Toilet broke every day, toileteries poor, towels and bed linen shabby, damp in the room paint peeling from walls, twice no towels left for use at the pool, no opportunity for children to eat early, lunch stopped at 2pm dinner served at 7pm, very hungry children! Pool attendants rude and dismissive of the children.
The beach was the only decent part of this so-called resort. The staff was horrific. We asked to be taken to a restaurant/bar in Bodrum and ended up being taken to a random town where it was clear the hotel staff was coordinating with unsavory restaurant owners to bring business. They pretend they are 5 star but I would give it not even one star, the staff was rude, unaccommodating and spoke NO English. They should not be ranked as a 5 star hotel. This experience makes me question Kayak's business policy as it relates to hotel ratings. I feel completely scammed.
the hotel is very nice, everything looks new, a lot of facilities - indoor and outdoor pool, great spa center, fitness center, hair dresser, spacious accommodation .... altogether great value for money some of the staff was unprofessional (around the pool, on the reception) - they didn't seem to eager to work or did not speak english, except for the client relations, the beach could have been more clean
location - resturants- see views- foods -spa- 3 fioors apartments.shoud have elevators-Service between lobby & rooms is very fair -service between hotel &city is very fair-management in lobby has some difficulties for example you should call more than 10 times to sent somebody to bring your luggage from room to lobby
The whole experience made it feel like a special relaxing holiday.The quality of the hotel,food,staff,and facilities were first class.
nice staff, great accomodation, delicious food, wonderful bars and entertainment they charged me the whole amount of stay on when I checked in. usually hotels hold the amount but not charging the credit card.when we decided to shorten our stay, the hotel management refused at the beginning, then agreed with a condition which charging us one night as no show penalty!!!the matter was solved with booking.com by requesting them to change the dparture date, and finally we got the balance of our payment in cash.
