Compared to the last time I stayed there, they really stepped up on the cleanliness. much better
Also at the dinner party we attended I had a horrible headache and needed a coffee badly. the server Liam and Juan were very helpful and kind to get me the coffee and check back on me to see if I was better.
Some of the staff was very eager to assist and others seemed bothered when asked a question. Which was totally undermined the good customer service provided by their peers. Also I could not pay for room service with a credit card nor cash, they wanted me to provide a 50.00 deposit to use room service and the difference would be returned at check out. I felt this was unacceptable for hotel of that quality.
