I've stayed at many Sheraton hotels in the past, and have always left completely satisfied with what I expected from the hotel chain; top notch service. During this stay, sadly I did not receive that same service. I originally booked a room with 2 Queen size beds for 2 nights as advertised on Kayak and reconfirmed with hotel staff when I called in to update my credit information. Upon arrival, I was told that my room was not what was guaranteed and that according to their computers I booked a room with 1 King size bed. My friend and I again mentioned that it was confirmed over the phone by one of their front desk reps, no extra steps to try and find accommodations other then to take a room with one bed and a pullout couch. The manager on duty made no attempts to even check sister locations for an available room with 2 beds. She even went as far as to imply that i blame myself for not booking earlier as that weekend was Osheaga weekend in Montreal. I BOOKED A MONTH IN ADVANCE!!! We ended up having to take the room with the pull out couch and were given free parking passes for our troubles. We asked for extra pillows and blankets to be sent to the room as well. Instead we were told that there were no more extra pillows and blankets available as they were at full capacity but they would see what they could do... We were brought a measly throw to use. The next morning with people checking out, we approached the front desk and asked if it was possible to have our original booking. The front desk rep told us that they were able to accommodate us after all, all we had to do was make sure all of our belongings were packed and ready to be moved to the new room and when we get back we just had to pick up our new key card at front reception. After repacking, and heading out for the day; we came back to NO SUCH CHANGES. No we could not move, no other accommodations blah blah blah. Went back to our room expecting it to be at least cleaned... THEY HADN'T EVEN BOTHERED TO CLEAN OUR ROOM. I am never staying at this particular location again.
My reservation from booking.com was not at in the airport system and I had to wait 45 minutes for the hotel to contact you and get the situation resolved. I have taken notice of this. Parking is completely work in progress. Bags have to be dragged over 50 meters of completely unpaved ground to make it to the hotel.
Loved the comfortable bed. While the food at the restaurant was excellent, there wasn't an option of a Café for quick lunch and breakfast. The cost for meals was therefore very steep.
Very clean and comfortable hotel. Conveniently located and easy to get to the airport and downtown Montreal via the shuttle and 747 bus. The staff was great and very helpful too. The restaurant had a great staff and atmosphere; however, the food left for something to be desired.
The rooms were mediocre in terms of clean and space. Needed refurbishing - carpet looked shabby. You need to link the little store to the hotel - it was inconvenient to not be able to charge items to the room
The washroom needs maintenance. The shower drainage need to open. The water comes to my feet when I took a shower. Also the chair doesn't flush I had to open the cover to flush it. You can contact me at email@example.com for any more questions. Truly Yousuf
The access in and out of the hotel was difficult.
My receipt was not available when I left the airport. It will have to be mailed to me and this is not acceptable since I have to have the receipt to file my expense invoice.
after walking all day at the Jazz Festival it was good to come to the Sheraton and relax in the beautiful soft bed.
It was a comfortable, layed back, relaxing atmosphere. The King size bed and bedding was comfortable. N/a
The location was ideal.....design unique! Also, I appreciated the convenience of the self-serve area.
The staff were great. We stayed in a king room with "oversized" shower. It wasn't oversized, but it was nice. Room was great: modern decor and nicely furnished. The airport shuttle comes every 15 minutes during "prime time" and by request in the middle of the night, if required. Leaving the hotel on a shuttle, I was through security and at my gate in 20 minutes. Perfect. There are ice buckets in the rooms, but no ice machines in the hotel. The front desk has some little bags of ice available, which is strange but okay. N.B.: There is no restaurant at this hotel. This was not at all clear to me when I looked at their website. We stayed here because we had an early morning flight. We did not have a rental car and had planned to have dinner at the hotel. The food options were disappointing. There is no restaurant, just a very basic bar. The bar has some frozen food (chicken fingers, pizza, coconut shrimp, etc.) that the bartender reheats in a toaster oven and possibly a microwave. We ate chicken fingers and shrimp, and they were rather pathetic. Along with three drinks between the two of us, the bar bill came out to >$90. The food and drinks were not worth anything close to this - this is not good value.

sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sauber, guter Service, ruhig, schöne und grosse Zimmer Anfahrt nicht so gut beschildert, Navi notwendig, Entfernung von Airport ist in Luftlinie angegeben, Anfahrt ist weiter. Es gibt jedoch einen Hotelbus
The location in the museum district was great. Close to a wide range of restaurants and the shopping district Downtown.
The service was A+!! They were so speedy to help in any way possible. Super helpful and polite and quick to jump in for any need. They were fluent in French and English and always helped with a smile. We felt very welcomed and were greeted with a hello and goodbye each time we passed the front desk. The room was incredibly comfortable for the two of us up on the penthouse floor. We loved the bed and the view! We had a room that connected to two other rooms. When we had single people connected to us, we couldn't hear them. When we had a family with kids next door, we heard them talking and laughing and screaming. The room was NOT soundproof with the connecting door. This did not hinder our ability to sleep, though, as everyone went quiet at night.
Well run 4-star international hotel. Staff are very attentive and helpful - treat you like a person. Double beds are on the small side (4' 8" / 140 cm width).
It was a good value for the money. It was also well located very small bathroom; lobby quite small

Great location and very comfortable hotel. Driving a car in Montreal is not convenient and it was very costly to valet for 4 days
I was thankfully upgraded. The bathroom was still awful and you couldn't fit more than a small person it it. Bed was the only thing that was comfortable.

We enjoyed the convenience of the location (within walking distance from everything Metro, Shopping, Art Museum, restaurants. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Overall the Hotel Staff made up for the deficiency. The complimentaries were not up to standard with the basic complimentaries offered in other Hotels. Some basics like fridge and microwave require extra funds and they dont come cheap. Overall, the staff were nice, warm and willing to assist in any way possible. I'll stay here again if in Montreal, although I'll have to call to ensure the basics are provided without extra cost before my arrival. The fact that I already indicated that I was coming with my kids and there was no fridge or microwave was a bit upsetting for me. Families with children need to feed their kids with milk and cereal and some other stuff which they just have to prepare by themselves.
Great service. Gave my daughter a birthday sendoff just prior to our flight. Very clean, lots of natural light, Bijou had decent wine list and menu. Will stay here again. Much better quality and value than Sheraton montreal airport.
Location within the terminal, size of rooms, Modern decor nicely balanced, Dining room was agreable and the menu was interesting giving the entire family the opportunity to enjnoy a fine meal Privacy of the bathroom, airplane and truck noise coujld have been more discreetDuring the construction of the airport roads it wojuld have been nise to have appropriate temporary signs
Very pleasant and helpful checkin staff. Not that easy to find from airport. Suggest change signage from "Hotel" to "Marriott Hotel". Also, no elevator from mezzanine to hotel lobby, and escalator not best for bulky baggage.
Best think was the closeness after getting off a transatlantic flight Nothing it was great. Wish I had longer in the hotel to enjoy it fully
We liked everything about this hotel but it's proximity to the airport and the staff are superb. No fre wifi in the rooms and $15 a day is a rip off. (it's free in the lobby however)
