The staff were exceptional, both at the front desk when they had resolve the issue that booking.com had not passed on my reservation to Hampton Inns. The staff that look after the complimentary breakfast were really pleasant, friendly and exceedingly helpful, even when not asked. The hotel needs outside plug ins for the very cold nights in the winter when cars need to be plug in, so they will start in the morning
Rooms where lovely. Staff and facilities where exceptional Swimming pool smelt rotten ! Very unsafe pool tiles husband bashed his knee off the bottom and became badly infected!!!! Breakfast variety was just ok didn't really cater for small kids and had one of the breakfast staff keep coming around trying to take plates etc two mins after everyone had just sat down , felt very uncomfortable:/
The Hampton was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was very nice about it. The breakfasts were excellent. We have been there before and we will be back
Room was nice, woman in the club room was nice and her breakfast was very good The music at the bar was booming all night. Dusty on the microwave, and a touch of mold in the shower
No complaints about staff or service at the hotel, it was very nice! Hotel was very nice but very unforgiving if you make an error on a booking. We are already customers for a future date but they would not step out of "policy". I would have felt much better about this chain knowing we could work together and I would remain a long time customer. (It was my error on a cancellation for booking a wrong date.)Thank goodness I booked through an online agency, they gave a complimentary gift certificate since the Sheraton was unforgiving. I would never book directly through a hotel now knowing this.
