One evening after dinner, we found our room door wide open. No one could seem to tell me whether Kayak had charged my room or whether the hotel would charge my card. On checkout day, when we returned to the room to get our luggage after breakfast, the rom keys were already deactivated. We phoned for someone to come but no one did so I had to go to the lobby to get a new key. On the way to the lobby I asked the porters to send a golf cart to get our luggage and to get our car but this took a long time.
