rooms were very clean and roomy. employees very nice and helpful. the pool and hot tub. at times could of had a second elevator. at times it is cramped around the breakfast counter in the morning.
Traveling through found a Great place to stay for one night!!! Really clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and courteous. Served breakfast until 9 ..but was all over and cleared away by 9....so don't be slow....or you won't eat.
The room size was large. The shower was nice. Hot breakfast was nice, scrambled, eggs, pancakes, fresh fruit, muffins.
I loved having a wonderfully clean room, very roomy. We loved the ppol, even though the hot tub was down. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. Easy to find and get to. Sonic was just down the block. I wild definitely recommend and we will be going back.
Room had a wall that was only 1/2 painted. Towels were something I'd find at a gym. Beds uncomfortable and definitely not worth what I paid.
Staff was friendly. Room clean, and housekeeping prompt. Breakfast was basic, but good. Had a small indoor pool, and spa. Across from trains, but never heard them. You got a great deal for the money. Cheyenne, WY is very cold in the winter. Many people start their vehicles in the morning to warm them up. There needs to be a sign that says 'Do Not Back Into Parking Spaces', as doing so pumps the exhaust fumes into room vents. My wife, and I got choked out one morning. Could create a real bad situation.
Bed was comfortable and the room was clean and bright. Staff was very helpful when we arrived for a 11:00 pm check in and I realized I had made a mistake on my booking and realized we were a bed short. Continental breakfast left much to be desired (we actually left and went to have breakfast at Denny's after trying the "waffle" item offered). Entrance to the hotel's parking lot was like driving through the Grand Canyon and the run-down building next door gave us some doubts as we were pulling in.
The rooms were updated and nice. Standard continental breakfast. Pool was a little chilly. Coffee was not great.
Staff was courteous. Do not recommend. Price was substantially higher than Boise La Quinta and hotel was at least twice as old with no updates. Room, furniture, carpet and bath were old and worn. Bed was uncomfortable and located too close to hallway door. Hallway light from gap under door and continuous noise disturbed sleep throughout the night. Bath towels were not much larger than hand towels and quite thin. Hard to locate an electrical outlet that was not already being used. Plenty of other choices in the vicinity though, as others have pointed out, most Cheyenne hotels are pricey by comparison.
Nothing This was not the quality La Quinta I have come to expect. It was a very very dirty building in general dirty stairways, entry ways. When I travel again I will most likely not choose a La Quinta
The staff was friendly. That's the best I can say about this place. This hotel was filthy. The pillowcases had not been changed and were covered in dirt and hair. There were dried blood spots on the bedspread. The carpet was stained and spotted. And the bathrooms looked like all the filth had been mopped into one corner of the floor and left there. There were no working lightbulbs in the bathroom. We asked to switch rooms, and the second room was even worse. Additionally, pets are allowed in ALL the rooms, which is a good thing for people with pets but not for people with severe pet allergies. There are no designated rooms for people with pets, but the receptionist assured me that even though pets were allowed to sleep in all of the rooms, they "deep clean" everything following a pet's stay. This could not be farther from the truth. We moved to one of the rooms that had been "deep cleaned" and had to leave in the middle of the night because there was so much pet hair that my daughter had an allergic reaction and couldn't breathe. This place is disgusting. Don't waste your money.
Staff was super helpful and accommodating Most run-down La Quinta I've ever stayed in. Not very clean at all, and older. Not a bad room overall for say an economy motel, perfectly adequate, just not at all what I expected from a La Quinta--be aware.
It was clean. Breakfasts were better than expected. The room was comfortable. Located close to Interstate. Room was very small with only enough room for the King size bed. The road noise was fairly prominent (near Interstate 80 and industrial area, a few miles east of most anything in Cheyenne. My attitude about the place was jaded by the less than personable desk clerk.
Comfy bed, clean, great breakfast with extras like Local made salsa, staff very nice and even provided dinner recommendations Can't think of any negatives.
Helpful and friendly staff, large clean room, clean bathroom, within a mile of freeways and couple of miles of downtown/restaurants, reliable WiFi, fast internet, decent breakfast. a bit more expensive than expected, but still reasonable.
Everything was in order. Helpful staff. Clean room. Breakfast should have included options for people like myself who are gluten intolerant. Train whistles at nightare very loud.
Cleaness, LOOKS GREAT, FRIENDLY PEOPLE
