The location was perfect, overlooking a beautiful beach with plenty of nearby bars and restaurants. The room was very clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The staff was friendly and fast to help with any needs. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of menu choices throughout the week. The electrical outlet was fixed on our third night but the water regulation was not fixed, even after talking to the manager. The reception staff in the lobby are very unfriendly and always on the offensive. Service in the restraunts is very slow expect to be there 2 to 3 hours. One night people were sitting for hours and were never served because of a staffing issue. People complained and recieved free drinks. We went somewhe...
