Beds and room were comfortable. Had a good breakfast and everything was clean. Customer service was excellent as well. Rooms were pretty basic but for a one nighter or even an extended stay it is a pretty decent place to stay. One night was not enough to come up with any legitimate complaints. At 3 am and the group tired from the long drive, we weren't in any shape to scrutinize every detail (thing requires 100 characters so meh)
It was clean. The bed was uncomfortable and the heating/cooling system wasn't automatic so you are either boiling hot or freezing cold.
The stuff was nice. Love the renovations that were done. There was something left in the toilet so it seem like no one checked or cleaned the restroom. After the room was cleaned the door was not all the way closed after they left.
The room has a microwave and refrig, coffee maker and iron. Very comfortable and the breakfast provided was more than I just dounuts and toast, very good. The ice maker closest to my room didn't work and I never recieved my wake up call in the morning.
The location worked well for what I needed. Office staff was excellent. Blood drop stains on shower curtain, breakfast selection was minimal and what was offered needed stocked both days, toilet was short .
Clean room, good breakfast, comfortable beds, great bathroom. Great staff, and security of my vehicle was great. The location was a little confusing, got lost when we came back to room from dinner, but not too bad, it is a small town after all.
There was remodeling going on, so there was a construction smell and dust. No lobby area and you had to walk through the remodel area to get to the elevator.
I was very pleased with the room that we received. I was able to get more towels and shampoos and conditioner with a very pleasant demeanor. The pool and spa were great. Overall we had a wonderful stay. I can't think of anything that I didn't like.
The staff, hands down, from the gentleman who was cleaning outside, the housekeeping staff, the kitchen lady to the front desk personnel, just outstanding customer service. With several positives there always seem to be a negative. The room was clean, might have been on the need to renovate side but fine really. The only thing that I could not overlook was the smell of sewer or drainage smell from the hallway???
We stayed 4 nights in Alamogordo using the Hampton Inn as our home base and took day trips to Ruidoso, Cloudcroft and Las Cruces. The rooms were clean, breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly. We took advantage of the exercise room, the pool and hot tub. We would stay there again.
Breakfast I did not like the fact that I was charged by Priceline and by Hampton. I am in process of getting it corrected. Hotel swiped my card and charged my account what they charge Priceline. I got billed 117.21 by Priceline and 98.40 by Hampton.
Room location, construction stuff everywhere,
Breakfast was impressive. Not very clean and it is dated.
Hostess for breakfast bar was great very attentive. Made you feel special. Room is big with refridge Had trouble with key card working. Beds are hard and noisy like your sleeping on cardboard. And we asked housekeeping for room to be cleaned on day two so we can have fresh towels. They did not clean the room and their excuse was their key card didn't work, no one came to fix it until day three when we were checking out. I thought that was rude and inconsiderate. A/C rattled all night. I got very little rest.
