NOTHING!! This is the worst Hotel in the world - It is a drug flop house with kids just laying around in the lobby & rooms are dirty;no towels in the room ; no toilet paper & bugs crawling on the walls & bed. I checked & then checked out of the hotel in 20 minutes . DO NOT STAY HERE It's FILTHY & DANGEROUS DUMP!!! Kayak should take this Hotel off it's web page.
I liked how much space the rooms had and the friendly staff! Had a great overall experience!
Staff argued in front of the customers. Renovation was happening during the stay so the place wasn't very clean. The bed was good, but our room was dusty and didn't feel very homey at all. Definitely not worth the hundred dollars. Hyatt Place down the road is cheaper cleaner and has a far more satisfying experience.
Complimentary breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff Shower was clogged, breakfast was cold
Stay here often! Clean, new, spacious, friendly stuff . Too many good things to mention. Wish there was a sauna! I stayed here for 2 night. Upon the return to my room after the first night and a day at work, I found an expensive bottle of wine, mineral water, and mu expensive facial cleaner and a treatment bottles were gone! Management was kindly enough to apologize and promised to reimburse me. Action is sti pending. Reflects poorly on the management!
The bed was comfortable. Location great. Pillows were uncomfortable. The room seemed very old, especially the kitchen cabinets and appliances. When booking, I thought a breakfast was included, but upon check-in, the lady didn't mention it. Also there was no info in the room about breakfast, so I assumed there was none.
MOLD!! DON'T STAY HERE... Disguisting...there was mold in the bathroom (I have pic) AND there was a screen just lying in the bedroom. After spending $89.95 a night, I wouldn't let my dog stay here!!!!!
Management staff was very accommodating, friendly and professional. I had reserved a queen size bed but upon arrival I was told there wasn't one available so they upgraded me to a king at no extra charge. That was very classy. It would have been nice to at least have a visit from housekeeping, but I understand the need to keep costs down.
Do not stay here. Stay somewhere else. Shortly after arriving, my girlfriend discovered the toilet was stopped up. (It had not yet been used by either of us.) She went to the front desk to report it, and instead of a manager or maintenance person coming to our room to fix it, she was handed a plunger. Other tenants were very loud - in the rooms across the hall, in the room/hall above our room, and in the parking lot, all throughout the night. The two chairs in our room were completely covered with stains, and the place was generally a dump. The card reader at our end of the building did not work at all, so using the entrance closest to our room was impossible. I'm not the kind of person who usually leaves a review, even if a hotel is very poor, but the lack of any type of service or reasonable response to a legitimate problem here was very upsetting. The next time I am in Alpharetta, I will be staying somewhere else.
I liked most of the staff. They were unusually proactive and friendly. The bed was very comfortable with great pillows, etc. Although I had reserved otherwise, all they had available was a smoking room, which was a bit suffocating, but eventually you get used to it. At 245 am, the front desk checked in a man with a key to my room. I woke up to him walking in, turning on lights, and you can imagine that the startle from deep sleep was sufficient to make it impossible to fall back asleep. When I inquired with the front desk, the gentleman (who quit his job that very night) laughed (literally) and said that the computers had gone down and "that just happens sometimes".
