Gorgeous hotel, updated and clean, showers mediocre, must try salted caramel cake. 30 min taxi to rail. No airport shuttle offered.
Almost everything about it was amazing Their pool facility does not have a hot tub
The hotel was clean and had all the amenities you might need during your stay. Parking garage has in and out privileges. Hotel is quiet & beds are comfortable. There is a Dunkin' Donuts across the street. Don't stay here if you are hoping to be close to Boston. It's definitely outside the city. It is easy to find though. It's located just off the highway.
The bed was very hard. The room service was a disaster. They gave us bread with fungus!! and a pitch of water to make coffe!!
Kind helpful staff
super clean, friendly staff wish they had a jacuzzi
Nothing Booked 5 weeks ahead of time, confirmed my reservation via email the day before and was still double booked and unable to stay at the hotel. Poor business practice to do that to people.
Check in staff was friendly and helpful. Elevators did not work.
I always adore that special white tea smell of the westin. The building itself was beautiful... All glass...the girl w the red hair in the front was super sweet and as always the hotel room was very clean and well kept. Always love the Westin!
The rooms were really clean and price was affordable. The amount of hotel room doors open at night with truck drivers sitting in there drinking and being loud. Lots of trucks and drivers. Also, not a great location. Didn't feel safe at all.
there were no towels. bars of used soap in the sink and the shower. There was a completely used roll of toilet paper as well a used feminine hygiene pad sitting on the top of the toilet. Room was never cleaned and was too tired to deal with complaint.
Location, basics like clean and neat room with clean sheets, clean bathroom and towels. No frills, but why pay for extras when you don't need them. Maybe the price offered could be a bit lower than what we got because a large part of choosing a budget hotel is the 'budget' part of it and at $$$ the price of this hotel was not 'budget' really budget.
nothing everything. The receptionist was bad, the room was not clean, there is no elevator, price is high too.
What I did not like at all. Was that while the air conditioner ran, which was unfortunately none stop. It was like sleeping right next to a big running diesel truck! Maybe worse!

No complementary Breakfast
very clean room, could smell that it was cleaned with bleach upon arrival. check in was quick and easy
Not much. Flat screen TV and free internet. Terrible value. No ironing board in room. No fridge and microwave. Very old motel. Stains on the carpet. Right next to a highway. Tiny double beds. Overall a bad hotel.
good for one day or two day stop over excellent staff and very clean room they can provide microwave in double bed room as most of the people who book this type of room have kids/family with them
Remodeled room was clean and comfortable, including small desk. Quiet too. Bed was good, bathroom small but very clean. For my first stay at any Red Roof Inn, I was positively surprised

Clean hotel, comfortable beds -Very difficult to locate even with GPS -Sink was made for hobbits -Who doesn't offer free wifi with the hotel room these days? -Staff seemed untrained and uninformed about the local area or between shifts (the night shift didn't really know how to handle misinformation between different shifts)
The comfort of the room, access to the pool, room service, the price, and the quick check in and out. What I didn't like was that me and my children were placed in a room (some short in communication between front desk and person checking the room), with a man we did not know. He was coming out of the bathroom, when we entered the room. Thank God he was nice, and also very understanding. That could have turned out bad since my daughter was the first to enter the room.
The nice part of the hotel was the location and appearance. The worst part was being accused of stealing by w staff member who was not on the clock. She called my boyfriend and I "these people". Her tone of voice and attitude was completely uncalled for especially at 4am. Also the room above mine smelled like cigarettes because the people above were smoking. My room has no fridge so I could not store the food I paid for so that was thrown away and a waste of money. In the morning my breakfast order was messed up twice which was also paid for. The room above or below mine was playing music till 5am. My boyfriend and I had no sleep.
the pool was nice for the kids and we had adjoining rooms off the highway so the noise we were not used too
Very clean hotel. Seemed well run. Parking was difficult
Lots of amenities, pool, fitness center, nice lounge So large parking is sometimes a bit far, however, plenty space available.
The staff was fantastic. The hotel was beautiful and had everything you could want. The mattress was warped and we could not get comfortable.
Entering the premises from highway is awkward and puzzle-like, even with GPS. It is advertised as a non-smoking premises, while our room had a strong, terrible odor of stale tobacco smoke!
Starting with the stringy towels (The kind that you would use to wash the dog) The one bar of soap, very small. The $9.95 a day charge for internet. The security bar for th door that was loose and stuck thought I was stuck in the room. No refrigerator and a small ice bucket. It help exactly two small glasses of ice. I was shocked that this was a Sheraton The desk clerks new nothing about our event or that the event had a block of rooms reserved. I will not stay there again.
Seems in need of a renovation - lots of things in room not quite right. TV didn'the work, A/Canadian struggled, ripped blind, stained carpet. Didn'the like paying for WiFi separate, but when I did, slow, slow, slow.
The room was newly renovated. It was extremely clean and comfortable. It was quiet and private feeling. The queen bed that we had was very comfortable. We had a suite, which was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast that was provided was filling and of good variety and quality, especially for a hotel breakfast. The wifi was easy to connect to and plenty fast. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. We needed directions for transportation and restaurants and they went out of their way to make sure that we were given clear instructions and quality suggestions. The price that we received through using Kayak gave us a great suite at the price of most small rooms elsewhere. I really couldn't have been much happier with our stay. The breakfast staff could do a little better job at washing the dishes and utensils more carefully. There were a few times that I had to leave a plate or fork laying on the counter because it wasn't sufficiently clean. They did a great job of keeping up with the number of people eating each morning though.
Pool only open 12-9 pm. Big disappointment to us as we would have picked elsewhere had we known.
