Seems in need of a renovation - lots of things in room not quite right. TV didn'the work, A/Canadian struggled, ripped blind, stained carpet. Didn'the like paying for WiFi separate, but when I did, slow, slow, slow.
Entering the premises from highway is awkward and puzzle-like, even with GPS. It is advertised as a non-smoking premises, while our room had a strong, terrible odor of stale tobacco smoke!
Clean hotel, comfortable beds -Very difficult to locate even with GPS -Sink was made for hobbits -Who doesn't offer free wifi with the hotel room these days? -Staff seemed untrained and uninformed about the local area or between shifts (the night shift didn't really know how to handle misinformation between different shifts)
The nice part of the hotel was the location and appearance. The worst part was being accused of stealing by w staff member who was not on the clock. She called my boyfriend and I "these people". Her tone of voice and attitude was completely uncalled for especially at 4am. Also the room above mine smelled like cigarettes because the people above were smoking. My room has no fridge so I could not store the food I paid for so that was thrown away and a waste of money. In the morning my breakfast order was messed up twice which was also paid for. The room above or below mine was playing music till 5am. My boyfriend and I had no sleep.
Lots of amenities, pool, fitness center, nice lounge So large parking is sometimes a bit far, however, plenty space available.
the pool was nice for the kids and we had adjoining rooms off the highway so the noise we were not used too
Starting with the stringy towels (The kind that you would use to wash the dog) The one bar of soap, very small. The $9.95 a day charge for internet. The security bar for th door that was loose and stuck thought I was stuck in the room. No refrigerator and a small ice bucket. It help exactly two small glasses of ice. I was shocked that this was a Sheraton The desk clerks new nothing about our event or that the event had a block of rooms reserved. I will not stay there again.
The comfort of the room, access to the pool, room service, the price, and the quick check in and out. What I didn't like was that me and my children were placed in a room (some short in communication between front desk and person checking the room), with a man we did not know. He was coming out of the bathroom, when we entered the room. Thank God he was nice, and also very understanding. That could have turned out bad since my daughter was the first to enter the room.
The staff was fantastic. The hotel was beautiful and had everything you could want. The mattress was warped and we could not get comfortable.

Left clothing in closet and called 2 days later and they did not find or know anything about it.
Pool only open 12-9 pm. Big disappointment to us as we would have picked elsewhere had we known.
The room was newly renovated. It was extremely clean and comfortable. It was quiet and private feeling. The queen bed that we had was very comfortable. We had a suite, which was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast that was provided was filling and of good variety and quality, especially for a hotel breakfast. The wifi was easy to connect to and plenty fast. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. We needed directions for transportation and restaurants and they went out of their way to make sure that we were given clear instructions and quality suggestions. The price that we received through using Kayak gave us a great suite at the price of most small rooms elsewhere. I really couldn't have been much happier with our stay. The breakfast staff could do a little better job at washing the dishes and utensils more carefully. There were a few times that I had to leave a plate or fork laying on the counter because it wasn't sufficiently clean. They did a great job of keeping up with the number of people eating each morning though.
While staying two nights we had need of the business center to print flight tickets and 2 out of 3 computers were not working which led a back up of guests needing the computers. One belligerent guest would not allow us even to request when he would be finished so we could use it and proceeded to push me out of the room. After approaching the front desk into this matter they checked into it but he had already left. I've worked in a NYC hotel in Times Square for over 20 years and even I hadn't encountered this situation. You might need to look into keeping this up to date since it is now becoming more prevalent and almost necessary to keep the web and wifi in working order.
The suite was one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in, the overall design of the building is magnificent and eye catching, it is not easy to get lost in the building, the workers were all friendly, and there included breakfast was more than we had hoped for. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we intend to stay there again. The Internet was slow and lagging in the bedroom but they had notes placed in the room apologizing and expressing they were working on fixing that issue.
The rooms where big and clean. The continental breakfast was excellent and had good variety.
Complimentary buffet full breakfast. Easy to get to off interstate. Suite style amenable to family visit. Beds not comfortable, too soft. Limited room amenities.
The Embassy Suites were nice overall. Only complaints, the bed was awful, and many children were running around like it was playground.
Easy to reach, good parking, spacious, quiet room, very good breakfast offering. Staff was not welcoming, seemed rather bored. Hotel lobby was not clean, and the carpeted stairs to the mezzanine level were dirty when I arrived, and still dirty on checkout the next morning. Not expected for a Hilton property.
Room was huge and very comfortable. I would stay again without a doubt. Breakfast was blah.
Suite was great for family of three. Good breakfast.
The hotel is very nice, more like a luxury hotel than an extended stay. The breakfast bar is really really good. Probably one of the cleaner hotels I have stayed in. I got the room for 145, which was an absolute bargain IMO. Great place, very professional staff. Not much the hotel can do about it, but if you are sleeping in the front room of the suite, it is very loud when the other guests close their doors. The manager should test it out sometime. Maybe put door closers to prevent unintentional slamming?
I loved that When i told them my Finance was the day of our stay, not only did all the front desk know about it and wished her a happy bday. They went the extra mile by giving her a card, balloons, and chocolate cover fruit. It made her super happy. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!!! there is nothing not to like
We liked the layout of the hotel how it was open and everything was in one building also the glass elevator. the staff was over all friendly. When we arrived they first put us in a room where the thermostate was broken and a panel was off and against the wall. When we called the guest services first said they would send someone up to fix it an hour passed and we were freezing so I called back and they didn't even remember I called than they sent up someone with new keys for us to a different room this guy was the electrician and knew the system was broken. The bathroom did not have a fan so the bathroom filled up with steam when you took a shower Than the elevator was dirty and the pool was freezing cold and the hot tub had chunks of hair and dead skin along with other things floating in the water. The room service and breakfast both made me and my boyfriend sick. We definitely will not be returning.
I just loved everything and I will definitely go back again and again
