Location Was presented to have rooms for smokers but the entire hotel is smoke free
Hotel looked like a motel 6 inside not like other red roof inns No elevators handicapped asked for downstairs thru window did not like
inexpensive. Housekeeping stole cash from my room and hotel/front desk staff was very unhelpful.
. I was not satisfied with room, staff and or overall experience. I had planned on calling today to let you all know that . I would not suggest that property.
Clean, nicely priced, convenient to highway and airport, wifi access, staff very helpful--I thought a hairdryer was included with the room, it wasn't but they provided me with one. Two levels. Cigarette smoke smell, maybe one of my neighbors was smoking outside their room and it was coming in through my A/C?
Location I did not like anything outside of the location. Customer service was poor. I spent most of my time on the phone with you guys and at the front desk. Everything was just wrong. I will never again stay at another red roof.

This is a bare bones hotel. No elevator, no coffee in room, no breakfast, no iron or ironing board not even a box of tissues. Thank goodness I only spent one night there. You get what you pay for. Avoid at all costs.

We arrive around 10 pm Thursday and complained that the cable to the tv had been removed. Someone came up to look but did not do anything. Friday we were gone all day and when we came back at the room was hot and the tv not fixed. After 2 phone calls the manager came up and quickly said we needed another room. He was very nice. On sunday (after staying the 2 previews mornings) breakfast was terrible. No hard boiled eggs. Pastries and bagels were gone. I saw attended twice. We were there from 8 to 8:30. They closed at 8:30 but people arrived At 8:20 to nothing. Bananas were gone.
I liked that they were willing to give me a ride to the airport the next morning at which time I chose. I felt like the bed was a bit hard, but I prefer softer beds anyway.
big room and soft bed $50 card hold but they do have a sign when you check in.
Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Pool was big. It sucked the pool closed at 8pm, but they did have a lifeguard on duty. No issurs
Staff was pleasant we were there for a short stay and it was ok The sink and bathtub was dirty
Comfortable bed. AC did not work. No hot water when I showered. Arrived at 1 am, after a 14 hour trip from Mexico to Baltimore. The company we work for had prepaid for the rooms but we were asked for an additional $50 dollar deposit with credit card only when we checked in. We were not notified of this requirement when the reservations were made. Two of my companions did not carry a credit card with them. We checked out at 11 am the same day we arrived. The $50 dollar deposit was supposedly released as soon as I checked out. Two days later I still do not have that money back on my credit card and I need it to cover travel expenses.
Close to Fort Meade and airport, comfortable bed 3 of the bulbs in room were missing or not working. Towels look dingy and tub looked beat up. Why do they still put $50 hold on card when there is no real room service options, WiFi is supposedly free and with everyone having cell phones one is not likely to use the hotel phone
Nothing it was the worst hotel stay I have ever encountered.
