Lady at the front desk gave us complimentary breakfast because a sliding door in the room didn't work well. I was charged $10 to my cred card after checking out. Not sure why. I was not made aware of what the charge was for at the time of check out or even anytime after. Haven't had time to call and ask why. My only guess is maybe a late check out fee? If so, check out is at 11am and we checked out at 11:03. So if that's the reason for the charge, its a pretty petty one.
I tried NBR out on one occasion, liked it, and then booked it again for a week later. I have since then recommended it to friends. The room is better than all the chain hotels for travelers, and there are facilities like the pool, which my wife likes for exercise. Hull is viewed as a bit distant from Boston but NBR is on the right side to make access to Boston very easy, about a 12 minute car ride from the railway station in Hingham. The restaurant was very good and its prices were very fair - entrees under $20. Parking is very tight, and the rooms can be a bit noisy due to the bars on the street next to the hotel. Those are minor things though.
The staff were wonderful. Hotel was in a great location and fit all our needs. Wonderful stay.... Pool was too cloudy...Everything else was fantastic..
Everyone was so polite and helpful! Our fireplace never worked.
Enjoyed gas fireplace in the room, fridge and microwave, and excellent location.
Location Breakfast was not included for the high price of the room.
**Not about this resort but about this form** Your second question, "While traveling, you were a: " does not include all situations including my own which is 2 business guys. I use Kayak to get apples to apples comparisons on locations. This location ends up charging you money after the fact that changes the upfront value.
Hotel room looks tired.
Josephine's was absolutely beautiful. They even went so far as to leave me a bag of treats on my bed. You could not believe how spacious it was. My room was huge, and I had a living room attached to my room that was huge as well. I enjoyed looking through the telescope at the bay and ocean view. Very unique, very beautiful place to stay. Unfortunately, I had to leave for a family emergency in the middle of the night and missed breakfast, however I would definitely return. Absolutely gorgeous home!!
Wie sich die Angestellten, insbesondere die Chefin Victoria, schlussendlich für uns einsetzten, nachdem 2 Tage vorher Fehler passierten. M.a.W. es fand eine Reaktion statt und eine Korrektur. Bravo. Darum Mitarbeiterbewertung sehr gut. Falschinformation 1 am Wochende an der Frontdesk: Wir könnten von Tag zu Tag buchen, da genügend Zimmer vorhanden, trotz Boston-Marathon (wir waren gestrandet wegen Vulkanasche). Falschinformation 2 am Montag: Es sind nicht genuegend Zimmer vorhanden und Sie müssen auschecken. Der Angestellte drückte uns einfach eine Liste mit Tel-Nrn. und Hotelnamen in die Hand. Wir sollen diese abtelefonieren. Er könne nichts tun, ausser das Zimmer bis 14:00 verlängern. Hierauf wandten wir uns mit Nachdruck an Victoria, Resultat siehe oben. Andernfalls hätten wir Mitarbeiterbewertung als schlecht kennzeichnen müssen.
