Guests are expected to comply with the CT water safety guidelines/requirements. There is a water access area 2 blocks away where you can access the water on Parkway Drive (Waterford, CT). It is a very short walk across the bridge (to the right) that brings you to the water access area. Besides water activities, the immediate area is a great place for walking, jogging, or bike riding. Guests have access to entire home. We are only steps away from Ocean Beach Park: Open from Memorial Day - Labor Day. No need for parking; you are a short stroll or bike ride from all the summertime fun Ocean Beach Park offers. Third is located in the first floor bedroom to the left of the staircase; controls heat in this room only. You can adjust the temperature on these three thermostats to your liking. If you just turned the thermostat(s) on, it may take a few minutes for the steam to permeate through each base board and zone.
