They got everything that mattered right. Breakfast had a good variety of bad things. Elevators are difficult to operate they do not alert you to arrival and you'll wait for a long time.
I have to wait for hotel pick up at the airport for 1 hour without any notice. When I asked hotel staff to get someone explain why they were so late. No one cares and even say a sorry. Very bad service.
Great food in the restaurant. A nice set of pools, esp for kids (though adults too). A good location in Bonifacio (pretty much across from St. Luke's Hospital). Airport taxi provided by hotel for 1100 Pesos. Though the staff daily cleaned my sink, which was continually plugged, it would've been nice if could've been fixed once and for all.
The location and that's about it The original room I checked into was filthy. The bathroom shower had a white film all over the floor and the air conditioner was lousy and noisy. The wifi also did not work. When I called to switch room I told there is nothing they can do and they would call me back. After waiting for about an hour they did not call so I called back. I was told the front desk was so busy they could not help me at this moment. I went to the front desk myself and found no line and there were three employees just standing there. The next room I checked into was just as filthy. There was stuff all over the mirrors and the tables and counters had something all over them as if they were not cleaned. I had to wipe them down. The bathroom also had a weird smell the entire time of my stay. For the price of this hotel you might as well stay else where. Also I had placed the button for do not disturb on and was called every day to ask if I knew the button had been left on. The point of do not disturb means exactly tha! The halls leading to the hotel rooms were filthy and full of stains. I can't not believe the state of this hotel for them claiming to be four stars! Please do yourselves a favor and stay elsewhere. There are way better hotels for the same price.
