Great price. Great room and good breakfasts
Beautiful common areas and really good breakfast. Hotel room was a little dated and could use a face lift, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Also, the air conditioner was noisy and you can not put the fan on independently for some noise control.
Free shuttle to attractions within 5 miles. Excellent hot buffet breakfast. Game room. Free museum on site. Confusion about breakfast serving schedule.
Cost, access to TPAC, breakfast Everything was great!
Staff and cleanliness Nothing
Breakest was great. No ice in ice machine.
The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. The morning breakfast staff were very friendly and courteous. The only thing was you could tell this was an older motel. Some paint was peeling in the room and some wear on the doors (splintering).
The room was very nice. There is alot of things to do in hotel Parking was horrible
Nothing, unless you like it when the front desk calls you at midnight to let you know your telephone is working; smartalek attitude from the staff; old, worn carpeting; slow elevators; illegal charges on your credit card; being in a bad neighborhood; etc. I didn't like it when the front desk called me at midnight to let me know the telephone was working! I didn't like the rudeness from staff; old, worn carpeting; slow elevators; illegal charge on my card; the bad neighborhood; slow check-in and -out; etc.
Had a place to get a burger/snack late at night Long walk to room. Large hotel.
Friendly staff. None
Terrific staff Older hotel
Location and every room had a view! Would have liked more options at breakfast.
Loved the private balconies. The beds were very comfy and breakfast was delicious.
Former apartment building redone as a hotel. A couple blocks west of the state capitol. Concur with other reviews, not so promising from the outside, but well done inside. Lightly occupied over a weekend.
Convient location. Friendly staff. Room itself was fine but bathrooms were in rough shape and in need of updating. The biggest issue is the hotel had no water the night we stayed. We were at an event outdoors all day in over 100° weather and when we got back to our room there was no water to shower, wash up or even flush the toilet. When I tried to call front desk they had taken their phone off line. I presume not to have to field anymore complaints and questions about the lack of water. We had used this hotel about a week before for a late night stop over. We checked in around midnight and when we got to our room it was already occupied and we walked in on other guests in the suite who were sleeping. When I went back down to the desk to tell them they argued with me that the room was not occupied. Was given a new room but scary experience that someone could walk in out room if we were out to dinner or asleep.
