The staff was fantastic and the amenities were great for my stay. N/A
We loved our room, our view and specially the breakfast server personnel... Very polite and generous to my wife and me. Thank you for making our stay awsomeness as our daughter would say... We will gladly pass word of this pace to stay to our friends.. Thank you
We enjoyed it as a family. The biggest thing was that kids enjoyed themselves in the pool and the slide was definitely a wonderful bonus, WHEN THEY WERE ABLE TO FINALLY GET IN. Our room was roomy. It was right in front of the pool which was good. We were able to watch the kids from the room. Breakfast was good too. Had good variety! The hotel room was okay. The towels were stained. The shower curtain was also stained. They over use bleach on the sheets. It was so strong my nose were literally burning from the smell. I think that if they feel the sheets are so dirty that they need to pour thar much bleach, it's safe to say that new sheets are probably needed. I didn't like the fact that rules were implemented but was not fully followed. I noticed people were going in and out of the pool without the "required" wrist bands that was suppose to be needed for the pool. We also noticed people were coming to swim and then leaving. Does the staff know that their pool is being used as a public pool? We watched people come into the hotel, with bags of clothes and towels, swim, and then leave. I think that as hotel guests that pay for our stay, we should definitely have the privilege to use the pool. We checked in at 4:00 PM. Of course as soon as the kids saw the pool and slide, they wanted to get in. Unfortunately we had to wait for the pool to clear out just a little because it was so packed. My kids only had an hour to swim because the pool closed at 10:30 PM.
This hotel met our needs pretty well. We needed a hotel close to the area where we attended a family wedding. Our adult daughter and grandson accompanied us and we shared a room which worked pretty well. Our 6 yr old grandson loved the waterslide and pool and it was clean and attractive. The facility is a bit dated and could use some fixing up and new decor in the rooms, lobby, etc. The breakfast was adequate and plentiful, though I would have preferred some healthier options--whole grains, hard cooked eggs, oatmeal, etc. Our room wasn't cleaned one of the days because we were preparing to go to the wedding when they came by to clean. The front desk did provide us with clean towels and apologized for the oversight.
pool was fun & relaxing room was clean bed was good food in the AM was fresh and good. EVERYTHING WAS AS GOOD AS ANY PLACE I've EVER STAYED ! Thanks , Mike The only thing was the cost, being the off season, was expecting the price to be somewhat lower.
The location seemed great - - too bad the hotel was closed. A water main at the hotel had broken the night before we arrived. So, upon arrival, we were told that all reservations were cancelled. They said they had called everyone who had reservations. However, that did not include me / our family. So, we had to scramble for a hotel at the last minute and face the prospect of paying a much higher price (for not booking on the internet). I think they could have called to tell us before our arrival.
Convient location. Friendly staff. Room itself was fine but bathrooms were in rough shape and in need of updating. The biggest issue is the hotel had no water the night we stayed. We were at an event outdoors all day in over 100° weather and when we got back to our room there was no water to shower, wash up or even flush the toilet. When I tried to call front desk they had taken their phone off line. I presume not to have to field anymore complaints and questions about the lack of water. We had used this hotel about a week before for a late night stop over. We checked in around midnight and when we got to our room it was already occupied and we walked in on other guests in the suite who were sleeping. When I went back down to the desk to tell them they argued with me that the room was not occupied. Was given a new room but scary experience that someone could walk in out room if we were out to dinner or asleep.
