I did like the bed. I didn't like the house cleaning services, I didn't like the no parking semi-close to the main lobby (yes there is an attached parking garage, but you have to walk a good distance to get to the garage and it's an additional $10, parking per day). Also, I didn't care for the ice machine or vending machine for that matter only being located on one end of the Hallway; feels as if a hotel @ this price point should have a set up for these services on both ends of the hallway. And the fact that the staffing didn't listen to my concerns or attempt to remedy the problems weren't beneficial towards them either. Don't suggest anyone whom expects hospitality, quietness or functionality to stay there.
Elevators were fast, water was hot. Restaurant servers were attentive. Restaurant had a limited menu. Restaurant cost to value was low.
General appearance of hotel and amenities, very adept staff, excellent location I was surprised that a deluxe king room would have such uncomfortable chairs and such a very small bathroom (cramped and confining; no room to move around) compared to other downtown Hyatt Regency properties and other hotels in the same price range
Room service is excellent, great staff, clean, large rooms and just a wonderful place to stay!
What's not to like? Clean, quiet, perfect location downtown, spacious room, great restaurant downstairs, airport shuttle (from hotel lobby through TSA Pre to gate was 25 minutes total at 8AM Monday). It took a few minutes running the water for it to get hot.
Very nice and very clean small luxury hotel in downtown. Cannot go wrong by staying here. I will be visiting again. All exceeded my expectations. Thanks.
