Whirlpool in room TV with HDMI (good for Chromecast) Reliable WiFi Clean room Door lock was broken on first room and had to be moved Whirlpool was broken in second room and had to be fixed They missed my wakeup call
Location, cleanliness, modern rooms, friendly staff. Wish the breakfast had been included!
Staff and low cost of peripheral expenses like the shop and breakfast. I chose it because I wanted something quiet and clean. It was very quiet and very clean. I would definitely stay there again.
I liked the quiet at the hotel and the spa. I did not like the schedule of the restaurant for dinner. for the weekend was closed.....
Pool was nice. Everything was clean. No included breakfast, workout room was small. Deadbolt on my room door was weird, possibly broken.
I didnt like the fact I was charged a deposit when I booked the room online it said no deposit needed but other than that love it
We were disappointed that the pool was closed.
very clean,great location
Stayed while visiting family, room was perfectly comfortable for a grandma, mom, and young granddaughter. Kitchen was a great benefit. Have stayed at other Hyatt House in area, this one had the largest room. Staff was very friendly! We had an early flight and was able to get an early check-in.
The very well appointed room Leaving
The facilities are nice as are the rooms. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was good. I ordered a Martini in the restaurant that was served in a champagne glass instead of a martini glass.
The staff was friendly, room was clean, close to shopping Parking area was full, had an event going on
Rooms are clean and spacious. The staff was incredibly unprofessional. I was there for business. When I returned to my room my dog was not there. I was furious. They have no right to remove my service dog from my room and if there was a problem they should have called or emailed me. There are so. Any ways to get in touch with a person in this modern day, it's unacceptable for them to remove the dog without reaching me. When I returned, after they took a few minutes to go to the back office and get my dog, they seemed nervous, as if they knew they didn't have the right to take him. They said they were nice enough to feed and walk him. I explained that dogs have sensitive stomachs you can't just feed them new food and that it's very dangerous to walk and have a persons dog out and about. God forbid something happened to him. They said it was because he was barking, well I've travelled with this dog for 11 years. We've gone everywhere from Sedona to jersey to st Barths, without issue. They should have called me before removing him. I would NEVER stay at this place again. They are unprofessional and unfit to be running a hotel.
staff is very nice and helpful, location is very convenient, the price is good. the air conditioner in the room is too noise when we sleep.
Near work WIFI doesn't work. You will see signal on your device but application wont open. Door card will expire everyday. Stayed for 3 days and had to come down to the front desk everyday to revalidate my door card.
Cleanliness Very skimpy breakfast. More cereal choices, other than Fruit Loops, would be an improvement. And, how about some fresh fruit, like bananas; and, bagels & English muffins?
N/A Poorest front desk service - I walked into lobby, nobody showed up in two min, I rang the bell 4 times a young guy came up with badge, talked very rude, after check in, he throw a register form for me to fill up left the desk... Worst service
Nothing outstanding, though the price was reasonable. Couldn't get a WiFi signal in our room (283(?) or even in the breakfast room! We had to sit in the lobby to get a signal. Front desk was no help. Were this a business trip it could have been disastrous! Breakfast bar was underwhelming too.

Not much Very dirty, wall outlet in room was broken, sparks started flying when I tried to u my phone charger in. Homeless people or drug addicts staying at the hotel. Hair on the bathroom floor. Broken vending machines
the room the location and staff were good. the bed and pillows were fine. The chairs were dirty and unkept. The light shades were tattered.
Location and price for area. The AC was not working in the first room assigned and had to have it exchanged for another. For the last couple of stays here, I have had issues attempting to connect to the internet - not very good if you are in the back of the hotel.
I asked for a room changed was told no. Had a dbl bed I asked for 2 beds ( I slept on chair). Sheets were stained asked for them to bring new ones and change and we had to goto desk get them andchange them.pile of dirt on Ac and elevator stunk bad!
The free 'continental breakfast' consisted of cereal and an open pitcher of room-temp milk, and 3 typed of bread to toaster in a barely working toaster with only peanut butter, butter and 1 type of jelly. The attendant was asleep at one of the tables
Terrific breakfast. Coffee was great. Staff were very friendly and pleasant. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Convenient location to shopping, restaurants and our destination, Rutgers. This is our "go to" from now on.. Restaurants in area closed early..
In room, next to bed, whirlpool hot tub. Fresh and diverse breakfast.
The cleanliness of the room, The curved shower rod. The shelves in the bathroom. The variety of food choices in the morning. Grabbing a lunch to go from the counter as you leave was an amazing surprise! Pool and hot tub outside only...in NJ?? Leave hot tub open or put inside. It will only be functional for a few months.
Very clean. Atmosphere was fresh with a modern touch. I especially liked the travel toiletries. They actually provided good products which is not usually the case in hotels.
location and convenience to downtown paying for parking, hotel should have free parking for guests if they want to park their own car and also valet if they want. A choice for the guests would be nice. Also the bathroom needed some maintenance: the shower rod was loose and leaning down / the towel rack was loose off the wall / and the shower curtain was hanging off of the hooks and not hooked together.
Hotel was very nice and served our needs for a quick, one-night stay near the Rutgers campus. We didn't really have time to take advantage of all the hotel's amenities. Parking was pricey; we chose to self-park because valet did not have in/out privleges. It was a bit of a hassle to drag our luggage from around the corner.
It's a fabulous hotel with attentive staff and impeccable accommodations
Every thing no
nice gym and good breafast, comfortable, friendly bar lounge
This was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. I was overwhelmed when I pulled up and stepped into the lobby, my first words to the registration desk were "well I'm out of my league". Everything was perfect. The staff was professional and courteous. The room was extremely clean and very modern. The view from my room was nice, looking down at the the state theatre, or out at the rest of New Brunswick. And I lucked in to a "special price". So it was very affordable. I have not compared it to regular rates yet, but I would think the room was worth significantly more. If I go anywhere in the vicinity I will be staying here again. These didn't bother me personally, but just to make others aware. The heldrich is in the middle of the city, so you either have to luck into free street parking or utilize the parking garage directly behind the building. Parking cost about $20 per night, or $25 for valet parking. There was not a refrigerator or microwave in my room, maybe it was just the room I chose. But again none of these bothered me.
Very comfortable and there was no one else in the pool and workout area when I used them.
Great location right in downtown New Brunswick. Good price/rate via kayak Musty/dusty room wreaked havoc on my allergies. Shower handle was broken and had to be replaced. No free wifi.
Fantastic hotel very class, very comfortable No
The Gym fascilities was good Could be quite busy during the week, i.e conferences
The room was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. The hotel is well-laid-out and beautiful. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, but overpriced.
Incredible value Rooms are clean Well appointed rooms from bedding to technology They charge 8.95 for internet access. Just raise your room rates by $9 and include it.
