Situated right in front of a wide private beach, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Friendly staff, great off-season rates, beautiful views, and very nice facilities. Our room was spacious, with a separate bedroom and sitting room, and the dinette was a lifesaver, complete with basic cooking tools and a hotplate. We will be coming back here!
This hotel was perfectly situated. Diamond beach is right outside your door, while also just a short drive away from the busy Boardwalk. It is a family friendly place. It is also beautiful, up to date and chic. We will definitely be back!
great experience impressed by the room, modern style, and atmosphere. good location to go a short distance to the boardwalk and many placed to eat of site if you choose. no complaints
Location is great, rooms are large, pool is great size. The pool water had a bad smell to it. The rooms are very old and out dated, needs a serious renovation to the bathroom. There was no iron or hair dryer so be aware of that. We asked for a 2 hour late check out and were told we would have to pay half of the day rate( meanwhile the hotel was empty that day). I will not return to this hotel.
Bristol Plaza was a good value hotel to stay in. The staff/front desk were excellent. We requested an ocean front room and got. The room was reasonably clean. The bedspreads need replaced and updated.
Heated pool, close to access the beach, staff was nice No private balconies, only 1 elevator, rooms were dated, the dresser in our room was broken. I don't understand why hotels think that they don't need to be updated ever after 20 years!
Beach & Surroundings (Ocean is in view and a couple of hundred feet away) Flat screen, HD TV worked well. Wildwood Boardwalk about a half mile up the beach with rides, stands etc. (Wildwood Crest, where the motel is located, does not have a boardwalk). Town has many decent restaurants plus the usual assortments of chain food places. Geared to family Ocean beach fun ! Older motel (`50s-`60s ?), fairly well maintained, everything (bed, sink, toilet, tub) is SMALL. Found some previous guests items in a bag in the bathroom under sink cabinet (Cleaning staff ?) Absolute minimum on everything . . . shower and sink water flow, soap bars, shampoo, seems like your living in "TinyTown" ! Pool was small but OK. I understand that this area has only a three month season and can probably not afford major improvements, but it would have been very "tight" for two adults and two children to live in this room for a week. (we were only two adults for two days). Typical Wildwood Motel . . . great beach, so, so accommodations.
Excellent Location, restaurant was great, room was clean. Parking was difficult even with their parking permit.
Room was not cleaned.
It was fine for our needs. Nothing bad. Nothing exceptional. They upgraded us and our room had an awesome view Prices seed a little high. We went to check out a wedding venue. Lovely view but our guests would have to pay for a 3 night minimum at very high prices. We would not ask them to do that
the bed was comfy, there was a little stove and some pots and pans if you wanted to cook, a decent size fridge, microwave, we only stayed for two nights so we only used the fridge but for the price of the room i would come back and stay longer. It was right on the beach where it was quiet away from the boardwalk.
I loved this resort! The location and rooms were better than I ever expected!! We are planning a weeks vacation there next summer!
The rooms were very nice and in great shape. Everything was clean, which is most important to me. The view was great. I thought this was a quality hotel for the price. I got the option to pick room preferences for early check in. I was sent a confirmation e-mail that I would be receiving a room with a King size bed which I preferred, as well as a room away from the elevator. My room had 2 double beds and was the second room away from the elevator. I did not complain to the staff, but something to be aware of.
