Best breakfast ever. Not just packaged pastries and a couple of boiled eggs. Biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs, waffles, cereal, and more. Nothing.
Nothing It was dirty, reeked of smoke, scary area and people lurking. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever.
Clean, great breakfast, quiet, smooth service, pet friendly Location is not interesting.
Good friendly service, great breakfast and worth the value.
It was quiet, comfortable and the staff was very friendly Not in the nicest area of town, but did not feel unsafe.
I liked the breakfast and the room was pretty nice. Nothing
Very friendly and helpful staff; good breakfast and breakfast setting (lots of seating); nice pool; CLEAN!
Really nice beds
The bed! Extremely comfortable. Cleanliness is important to us as well and the hotel met this requirement. The staff was very helpful and accommodating as well. The breakfast food was sub-par.
Clean comfortable professional free breakfast! The breakfast could be improved but was very good for being free! Rates changing and I would not be over $60 a night for the hotel due to the niceness and location
It was close to the venue, it had a pool and the breakfast offered was decent Didn't have a hot tub, bed were hard.
i didn't care much for the cards to use the elevator and room. i had to get another set because my card did not work. also, sunset station needs more hotel registration people!
Loved the food, close proximity of the theater and IMAX. Casino wasn't too smoky. Beautiful inside the center bar area At check in a $100 deposit and resort fee of $18 were charged on my credit card. The $100 deposit should be refunded but I don't think that is necessary.
Security Smokey lobby Expensive food prices NO coffee or hot water pot :-(
Total experience was very good! The long walk to the room elevators.
the amenities and surrounding stores , things within walking distance. The hotel itself was secure. the pillows were super hard and thick but as soon as I asked the front desk , they were very nice and immediately brought new soft pillows. The bell service didn't come when I asked for help, in fact he was pretty rude, but they didn't ruin our experience.
I always stay at the Sunset Station when I am in Vegas. It feels like "family" when I'm there. I usually travel alone, so it's important to me that I feel safe, and I do at this hotel. The rooms are comfortable, quiet and spacious. A great place to stay if you are planning to shop in the area. The hotel is directly across the street from a fabulous mall. The only thing I would like to see Sunset Station have, is a shuttle to and from the airport.
Security, restaurants, loose machines, prompt, friendly service made for a very pleasant visit. We'll be back!
needs more hotel registration people! Smokey lobby Expensive food prices NO coffee or hot water pot :-( no small fridge in room
I didn't think an additional $18. a day charge was added for "amenities". I received no additional services, but a charge.
The staff was very friendly and kind, professional. It was quite. I felt safe.
Very comfortable and clean rooms. Also quiet. The service everywhere, in the hotels, restaurants, and casino, was excellent. The pool was great, not crowded at all. Would recommend for anyone looking to get away for a bit.
Loved the pool area,,,very lush and pretty. Was very windy so area closed early. Made for a nice get a way. Needed more maps and directions to get around to shops, movies,
The spa facilities the sandy pool The short time I was there . I wish I could stay longer
My wife and I especially like the spa are, and the workout area. We used the movie theatre, the poker room, the buffet, and starbuxs. I would recommend staying here to any of my associates, the staff, the bell people, the valet, all very promt and courteous. I would have stayed another week, but the weekend rates jump...and will stay again in the future. great 4 nights.
upon arriving at the front entrance late at night - almost 2 am - after a long drive, we parked at the front with the intent to quickly check in and then repark and unload as we didnt have much luggage. there were multiple cars that were already parked, but the staff by the entrance insisted we park our car elsewhere without listening to our explanation. agreed he saw that we checked in and were actual guests, he became more friendly and offered help. very poor and distasteful customer service.
Elegant lobby, don't have to enter through a smoky casino. Where to start? Long black hair on pillow, bedside table and shower. No light in bathroom or vanity area, so I exchanged bulbs with lamp...still no lights. Figured it was a circuit breaker. Old room service food by our door upon check in. Shower handle needed tightening or something. It would ease down on its own and there would be no hot water. Had to hold it up with one hand while showering to have hot water. Shower door did not fully seat closed and flooded bathroom floor and soaked bath mat. Should change the name to Motel 6.
The room itself was very comfortable. The manager was responsive to my concerns. Housekeeping staff was unprofessional, unorganized and extremely loud in the common areas.
The rooms are so pretty and classy and the bed is awesome! Shopping and movie theater is close!! Nothing
It is clean, nice looking, and the room does not smell like the casino area. Most other hotels smell like the casino (smoke) so it is quite nice that this hotel does not have that smell. The pool looks really nice. There is no breakfast. The pool closed too early at 7PM. A bit on the expensive side.
The architecture and decor was pleasing, and the service was excellent. The price was very fair for the high level of quality.
The room was very clean and updated. The pool area is very nice with comfortable chairs and umbrellas. The room was on the very end of the building next to the freeway. I could not sleep due to the noise. The front desk clerk was very rude upon checkin.
Nice clean rooms. Upscale styling. Poor communication with staff. Hidden fees.
Nice place, quite a ways off the strip but I understand they have a free shuttle to mandalay bay. It was nice for the rate I got, but for the higher rates I see for them all the time I would stay on the strip where you are closer to everything. Was only there for 1 evening so didn't see most of the amenities. Definitely a very nice place. As mentioned in another post, the distance from lobby/casino to rooms is quite a walk. Check in was very slow, during construction the relocated the check in to 2 small stands, it took 30 minutes to check in and there was only 1 person in front of me.
Extremely disappointed with the Buffet and the Cafe
