Incredible value Rooms are clean Well appointed rooms from bedding to technology They charge 8.95 for internet access. Just raise your room rates by $9 and include it.
Fantastic hotel very class, very comfortable No
Very comfortable and there was no one else in the pool and workout area when I used them.
Great location right in downtown New Brunswick. Good price/rate via kayak Musty/dusty room wreaked havoc on my allergies. Shower handle was broken and had to be replaced. No free wifi.
It's a fabulous hotel with attentive staff and impeccable accommodations
location and convenience to downtown paying for parking, hotel should have free parking for guests if they want to park their own car and also valet if they want. A choice for the guests would be nice. Also the bathroom needed some maintenance: the shower rod was loose and leaning down / the towel rack was loose off the wall / and the shower curtain was hanging off of the hooks and not hooked together.
The Gym fascilities was good Could be quite busy during the week, i.e conferences
nice gym and good breafast, comfortable, friendly bar lounge
This was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. I was overwhelmed when I pulled up and stepped into the lobby, my first words to the registration desk were "well I'm out of my league". Everything was perfect. The staff was professional and courteous. The room was extremely clean and very modern. The view from my room was nice, looking down at the the state theatre, or out at the rest of New Brunswick. And I lucked in to a "special price". So it was very affordable. I have not compared it to regular rates yet, but I would think the room was worth significantly more. If I go anywhere in the vicinity I will be staying here again. These didn't bother me personally, but just to make others aware. The heldrich is in the middle of the city, so you either have to luck into free street parking or utilize the parking garage directly behind the building. Parking cost about $20 per night, or $25 for valet parking. There was not a refrigerator or microwave in my room, maybe it was just the room I chose. But again none of these bothered me.
The room was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. The hotel is well-laid-out and beautiful. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, but overpriced.
Hotel was very nice and served our needs for a quick, one-night stay near the Rutgers campus. We didn't really have time to take advantage of all the hotel's amenities. Parking was pricey; we chose to self-park because valet did not have in/out privleges. It was a bit of a hassle to drag our luggage from around the corner.
Every thing no
We stayed at the Hyatt due to a football game across the river. We had booked the rooms based on the location and were not disappointed. We were able to walk to the downtown area (only a block away) and grab a late lunch before heading to the tailgate and watching the game. The hotel is a little bit tired, but the staff, the cleanliness and the location were outstanding.
The bathroom was very clean. The front end staff were sort of rude and did not comprehendvenglish well.
Nothing not worth the money Rooms have bare min inside. No dressers to put your clothes. Make sure you check the tubs especially if you have children. Woman at front desk was very rude. They will not gicenyou any grace pwriod for checking out unless you want to pay $20 more.
Place looks nice A little pricey for the quality of the place, also nearly impossible to exit onto the street due to traffic at this location during much of the day
Comfortable, friendly staff Price was $10 more expensive than booking.com price
Nothing to like Customers should be advised about construction. Outside the building not prsentable. Same could be stated on the inside. Sign should be posted about construction. My room smelled; and the experience overall was not pleasant. No plansense to stay there again.
Bed Price Inclusive Breakfast Location
$80 plus tax is value for money (for the owner) what I got for what I paid
The location The other guests were loud and lingered in the walkways in front of rooms! There was advertised refridgerator, which was not in the room
the carpet the quilt the pillow
Nothing When we got to the red roof inn we were informed that we did not have a room because they were having some construction workers stay there or some BS like that. So they didn't have a room for a paying customer who had made a reservation at least three weeks in advance. To make matters worse they sent us to one of the crappiest hotels I've ever seen, the red carpet inn, one town over, and it was really not in a safe area either. We were forced to stay there because all other hotels were booked due to it being late in the afternoon and a holiday weekend. To top it all off the two individuals at the front desk were rude right off the bat and yelled at us like it was our fault the hotel was over booked. They were some of the nastiest people I've come in contact with.
I always like the Superior King room. I get a great night's sleep. It would have been nice to have a continental breakfast.
