Great place, very family friendly! This is a great family destination but also just as good for a romantic getaway. They have several pools and a couple designated for kids so you're not all on top of each other. We've been several times now and it won't be our last.
Liked the comfort of the room,food was the worst in florida and very expensive,nice pool Hated the conserige,was lied to,treated like cattle had to go off property to eat,no tipping policy was great except there was a service charge for everything the staff sould recieve recomendation for hard work!
The service was outstanding. Our three bedroom condo was one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. Please write at least 15 words
No refrigerator in the room we called down to get extra ice bucket to keep baby milk cold was told we can one have one the break fest was go by 8am the girl couldn't keep up with allthe guest and emplemployees eating at the same time and to top it off bed was hard as a rock.
I was able to park my truck/trailer combo - a Dodge 6500 with a 40' trailer (about 5' shorter than your average semi) without too much difficulty in the back parking area. If you are towing a trailer, and they aren't too full up, this is a good place to stop. It's convenient to I-95, and there are numerous restaurants to either go to, or take delivery from. The breakfast buffet was good, with the notable exception of the eggs, which I suspect were from the same batch of powdered eggs Hawkeye refused to eat in season 2 of MASH. The eggs at breakfast were older than the carpeting in the hotel. That's about my only complaint
Very slow water flow. Very difficult to take showers, maybe it's because we stayed on the 5th floor. AC is very loud, wakes your up in the night all the time. I went to the pool at 7:45am. I got out of the building to the pool area, and there is a fence with the gate to enter the pool. The gate was locked. I figured it was too early. When I tried to re-enter the building the card-swipe key did not work. I was stuck in that very small area between building and the pool. The only option I had is to climb over the fence. Good thing I had my cell phone on me, and I googled the phone number for the reception and called them. Sure enough no one answered. I waited for some time and called again. John answered, I explained to him what happened, he came and opened the door from the inside. He did not even apologize. I asked him what would've happened if I did not have my cell phone, on what he answered that he would let the management know. Horrible customer service.

No complaints, everything was as expected for the price.
It was ckeab, I could not connect with the Wi Fi. When I called they treated me on the phone like I was an idiot because I could not connect. Finally, they told me that if I brought my computer down to the lobby they could get me on the Wi Fi and I could take it back to my room. When I went to the lobby, they told me the Wi Fi wasn't working in the room, but that I could log on in the area where breakfast was being served. They misled me and treated me like I was stupid, when the Wi Fi wasn't working. They should have just told me that it was out. In the past, we have always stayed at Hampton Inn when we travelled, but we will never stay at one again. Besides being treated like a foo, the food at this Hampton was very poor.
