My daughter loved the pool and the location is great! There is an older lady that works there that is great and really cares about the kids and you. When we got our room it was not very clean, the lady up front came to our room with us and helped get it in sleep able conditions. We had something on one of our bed sheets, there was a big cobweb in one of the corners dead bug on the sealing.
Continental breakfast was loudsy, rooms were not properly cleaned. Too much money for a one stay.
Low price and the kids liked the pool and slide. older rooms in need of renovation.
The location. It was not clean.
Location allows accessibility to many activities, especially for ages 3-10. Our rooms' rear door opened onto river view - loved feeding the ducks!! Carpet was filthy; one room's bathtub had black mold all over the caulking. No towels in room upon arrival. Even worse, dead roach between mattress and box spring(found during bed check for bed bugs). Would definitely never stay again nor recommend.
it was a nice room. the front desk person needs to find another line of work,he was selfish acting person.dirty looking needed to shave and clean up.the rest of the safd was nice.
It was not work, so it was great Na
Location Room disgusting-walls,ceiling dirty. Fixtures dirty and dusty. Paid extra for cont. brkfst-IT WAS FREE, pool very small , not enjoyable for adults. Way way way too expensive for what they had to offer
This is not worth for --- buck per night. Just donuts for breakfast, No wifi, They stated. Free hot breakfast. For your info All breakfast food is nasty. We can not get wifi. Asked staff. Still no working. Room was ok. Bathroom is small.
it was easy to get to and nice and cleen no

The staff was friendly and helpful. It wasn't clean but it wasn't nasty either. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. It took several attempts to get the card reader on the door to work. The door didn't close and lock tight. There were holes in the bed spreads. We smelled alcohol in the hallway right off the elevator. It was very strong in that area. The ice maker didn't work. The toilet was extremely low to the floor. The halls were a bit noisy at night.
Breakfast wasn't bad Mold, broken door handles, poor customer service, poor management. They knew about the mold and continually painted over it, this is dangerous for people with health risk factors and is grossly negligent.
The location of this hotel is pretty good. There was plenty of food and entertainment choices within walking distance. The room is adequate. Kind of strange having the bathroom sink right next to the door. Not a lot of counter space to work with either. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were small and also uncomfortable. Our room had a hole in the ceiling from where water had leaked down from the room above. Would have been nice if it was repaired. Gave the appearance of "I don't care" from the maintenance point of view. Also it was not a new hole as other parts of the damage had been repaired and painted. Room 338.
The staff was very friendly and helpful! They also have updated the rooms which was nice. A lot of the hotels in pigeon forge are pretty outdated so that was a nice change. We always check thouroughly for bedbugs before we bring our luggage in the room and our room was completely bed bug free. The location was really conveanant. Could walk to one of our favorite restaurants and a putt putt golf place too. I don't know what brand coffee they use for breakfast but man it was tasting way better than typical hotel coffee lol Dirty- our comforter had stains that hadn't been washed, the bench in our room was covered in stains, there was gunk on the door frames. You can tell the counters had been wiped and the floors vaccumed though. The desk chair was broken in our room. We had nothing but issues with our door and room key. It took a good 10 tries with the key before the door would finally open. The pool is extremely small- this isn't really the hotels fault but for families with kids that like to swim it's something to know. There was a group of maybe 7 kids in the pool being rough and there was no room for anyone else to swim around them bc the pool was so small. My daughter kept swimming despite them but I saw several families try to come down to swim and ended up leaving before even getting in the water bc it was too small with that rough group of kids in the pool. The pool is also a U shape, which means it's narrow and I can't even count how many times is almost saw a kid smack their head on the sides of the pool bc it was so narrow. The breakfast area was also very small. The lobby, pool entrance and breakfast area is the same spot so in the mornings when you're trying to get breakfast it's so packed in there you can barely move. Also, parking is minimal. If you get back to the hotel after 730, finding a parking spot is near impossible.
The location was great. Staff was very nice and helpful. Will stay again Cost of the room was overpriced for the facility.
Nothing!!! Entire bathroom flooded and went into hallway each time showered front office staff was made known of issues and gave us more towels to clean up the water. When they were asked for us to be moved they refused to change our room and with two nights left to stay they only offered us 1 night refund and had to call hotels.com to get the two nights refunds and at midnight had to go out looking for another hotel. Never stay here worst place ever designed back in the 70's!!! Don't waist your time or money!
I liked being by the creek. Parking!
Blood in elevator, rooms not ready, sheets appeared dirty. Couldn't stay there. Went somewhere else.
Staff at desk were great. Cleaning staff were another story. Chargers for my electric items were stolen. They cost close to $20.00 a piece and there were 4 of them. One being to my cell phone and I don't know how much it will cost.
I like the location, the price and everyone was very friendly. I also like the way the room was setup beds far apart with vanity in the middle. The view of the trailer/RV park and breakfast was just okay, not great.
The view was great. Balcony was nice over looking stream. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Good room for the money. Love the River view and location. Chairs on balcony needed cleaning but were not so bad that we could not use them.
It was cool to check out float tubes for free and float down the creek beside the hotel. Go cart track, arcade, and restaurants are all within walking distance. The pictures made it look like we would have more space in the rooms but It was essentially a regular hotel room with the bathroom in between the beds. The AC unit was on the wall at the entry door so the bed area by the balcony didn't get very cool. The AC unit also leaked and made the carpet by the bed sopping wet. The Wi Fi signal was HORRIBLE, and was useless! There is only one elevator and was very slow and small. You have to walk across a public street/road to get to the office and to the pool. The mattresses were so worn out it felt like they would break in half. I'm usually not so negative but it really was disappointing for our family on vacation!
The bed are great... you just want to stay all day in these bed.
WE loved that it was right on the creek. Plus being next to the campground was great. We love the smell of the campfires. The bathroom was really small. Not much of a complimentary breakfast, but they give you a voucher for free pancakes across the street(and they are healthy pancakes). Not a 5 star hotel,(we never use all the adminities) but its well worth the money. We will be staying there again Small bathroom breakfast
My room was never cleaned and no clean towels.
Our room was big with two Kings and the view of the creek outside was nice. Air was cold and there was a microwave and mini fridge in the room which was helpful. It seemed very family oriented as there were kids playing outside a good bit of the time we were there. It is in Pigeon Forge, but closer to the Gatlinburg side, so it's easy to maneuver to each location. Staff was very helpful when we needed them. No one cleaned our room our first day there so we had to contact the staff late at night for towels and toilet paper, but they helped us out quickly. They did clean our room the second day, but they also took one of my daughter's pillows...which we never saw again. The room is big, but it's laid out in a strange Jack and Jill bathroom format. The toilet and shower are in a bathroom, with a door. The sink and mirror are in between the two Kings, so it's nice to have some separation, but the way it's divided is odd.
Very nice and friendly staff. Easily accessible, close to everything. Great view of the river. Good stay overall. Balconies, not very private. There is a mesh metal between each balcony, you can see right through.
