the position -next to the Thames Noise of airconditioning units situated outside the window. Also the bed was uncomfortable.
we found the hotel very cosy, very comfortable beds a excellent breakfast and very good service.the hotel is in great location with beautiful views the lady waiting on the bar was a little unfriendly in the evening her demure came over a little bit arrogant but it didnt spoil our drink and im sure she was just been a little too professional
This is my second stay on business and i find the quality and location are excellent for leisure or business. Dissapointed that i did not have a river view room this time.
Very comfortable and stylish Nothing
It's a great location for me and as long as you get a decent rate, not bad value. I would never pay full rate! The rooms are very comfy and there is plenty of parking. The air conditioning did not work and the room was very, very warm. Food/wine is too expensive I walked into town and found lots of better value restaurants. £2 card charge & £1 charity donation added to bill without asking.
Location and scenery was pleasant. Cleanliness.
excellent service from /reception / restaurant /aubergine staff who were very attentative and curteous -excellent location of hotel and plenty of wildlife hotel members of staff and business people using hotel lounge for long meetings meaning paying guests cannot sit down for morning coffee l
The location, the hotel staff and a lovely room. Breakfast not included
Location excellent and fabulous restaurant overlooking the river. Had to move rooms as booking incorrect and room very small.
The location and the general high standards The controller for the tv is unfathomable. Printed instructions should be provided
great atmosphere and fantastic service, the staff seemed like genuinely good people. The food was absolutely delicious.
Staff were really accomodating and helpful distance to walk into town or to train station, but taxis were easy enough to book and quick
the rooms were very clean and comfortable.we only stayed for one night so didnt see much of the hotel, would stay there again.
Facilities, choice and long breakfast period.
Good facilities and very welcoming.
The last minute rate - would not have been able to afford it otherwise No
Comfortable large room with good facilities. Could have done with more milk & tea bags, had to ask at reception for more.
all of it apart from waiting 25 minutes for bar waiter to serve us after telling us to sit on lounges went to our room as above
Very good cleaning staff, reception staff and service in the bar; rooms were very comfortable and quiet The location - some way out of Marlow centre & not a pleasant walk. The restaurant was closed on the second night of our stay as there were not enough guests in the hotel. The breakfast is poor value at £16.95 - also extortionate to charge extra for espresso etc.
Nice and modern hotel, very friendly staff, breakfast buffet
The hotel was in a good location. The staff were efficient, polite and friendly. Our room was just outside the dining room which was abit noisy in the morning during breakfast.
Breakfast was good and friendly staff Noisy room on front - opposite pub on Saturday night.
Good location, walking distance to all amenities. Comfortable and clean. Off road parking. Good power shower. Good breakfast. Having a downstairs room we could hear the other residents above us quite loud especially if they came in late, this disturbed our sleep.
room rather small but cosy, very personal atmosphere, good breakfast - Marlow and the river are at walking distance
I have received very positive feedback from our customers that they enjoyed their stay. I have received feedback from our customer that they were very happy with the accommodation. The only issue I have is that we were not told that the rooms Iwere spread over more than one building. Perhaps this is sometjhing that should be advised for future reference. This was no great problem for our customer but it may have been for other possible guests.
Marlow is a lovely area Thought hotel was very expensive for size of room and location
Really friendly staff and very welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide range. What was also good was how clean and presentable the guesthouse was both in the communial area and bedrooms. Maybe a little expensive for just one night.
within walking distance of local amenities. impersonal
Easy to check-in, clean, well-furnished room, great breakfast, friendly staff. None
it was cleaned every day, there was a heater in the room there is no such "Hotel", and I have never seen such tiny room, couldn't use any of my electronic device, the adapter could not been provided, so far from reception, railway is so close, only 5 TV channels
Worst hotel we have ever stayed in ; paid for 2 nights and stayed for only one in order to get out asap Room awful ; beds awful; shower/bathroom so tiny as to be almost inaccessible! Access to room up very steep stairs in annexe . Room on very busy main road ; very noisy ; hardly any safe parking .Annexe far too far from reception. No phone communication to main hotel from annexe.
The cleaniness of the rooms was excellent, We stayed for my daughters graudation, there was five of us in total excellent space and layout of rooms! could do with a few more mugs in the kitchen as there was only two =)
Good value for money The bedroom was like a sauna, re requested to turn the radiator in our room off, we were told we would have to wait for the heating to go off at 11pm We came home in the early hours of the morning, we were asked by staff to keep the noise level down(fair enough) so we made an effort to be quiet(we were even wispering) but the staff still came and told us we had to go to sleep!!!
The cheep food at the White Horse an Bird in the Hand pubs just across the road. An the free internet for keeping in touch with home. The room was not exactly next door but more like a half mile walk down west wycombe road. You check in at No. 156 an your room could be in any property along the road. The room i was in was at No. 84A. The room was like a box room with thin walls so i could hear everthing going on, not good when your working nights.
full English breakfast was cooked to perfection! The noise of traffic from main road
