Fairly quiet, clean. Friendly service. it would be nice to have a couple more outlets at the desk to accomidate both use of computer and people charging their phones. There are other outlets around the room, you can hunt for.
The hotel was nice and close enough to walk to Marymoor Park for our concert. It would have been nice to have some eggs with breakfast.
Great place ,only complaint was are room being on 3rd floor and only ice machine being at lobby
Breakfast was good and beds were comfortable. Walls were thin
Pool Near nice restaurants Pretty Eco friendly Could be yet "greener", eg using jam jars rather than plastic tiny dispensors,
The hotel was very nice and comfortable and I like the valet parking. the location was nice also. After booking a room for 4, we recieved a small room with 1 King, they brought a roll away that was a double and there isn't anyway two of us would fit on a double. When booking the room it said 2 queens or a king. I guess I assumed when they saw that we were bringing 4 people, they'd get us a room that'd fit all of us? After hours of explaining the situation to different hotel staff, they finally switched us to two queens at no additional charge. This was after being told that we booked it as a king through a third party site so really, it's not their fault. My husband got on their website and saw that they offered the exact same room when inputting 4 people. I'd love to see how 4 people could comfortably sleep in a king size bed and one double bed!
Close to Towne Center and easy to hop on freeways.
Unbelievable value on a last-minute deal!!! Didn't want to leave the hotel room honestly; from the ambiance & staff (Mark in the bar is a star) to restaurant/bar quality, to room comfort and overall style, I was hooked immediately! While it seems to be primarily (and well) designed for extended stay business guests, therefore missing some things like 24-hr room service, it made up for that in leaps and bounds with the gracious service of a luxury hotel. I would return without question, and am hopeful that other Hyatt Houses will live up to the high bar they have now introduced me to at this brand. Without a car, the location's address was a bit tricky for called cabs to find (on a cul-de-sac-ish sideroad); walking-distance amenities were not suuuuper close (looked closer on map but pretty far to an out-of-towner on a dark rainy night); and the sole bus--while only a block away--was slow at the times I was needing it.
The room was clean and well appointed, although I thought it was smaller than most. The location was within walking distance of downtown Redmond where we found the most excellent Italian restaurant. Speaking of eating - the breakfast provided was very good and the staff was active at clearing away the tables to insure seating for everyone. Fire Alarm at 1:30 am and the entire hotel was evacuated! I suspect they have a problem with this because as soon as the alarm went off I remembered reading a reviewer mention the very same thing happened to them. I recommend requesting a room on the bottom floor, (we were on the 5th), and the elderly lady in front of us on the stairs had quite a bit of trouble during the evacuation. We will choose to not stay here here again.
Clean, well kept, quiet. Awesome breakfast
Every hotel and inn should be like this, clean, friendly, with excellent personal service. Bob and Karen have a beautiful inn in a gorgeous setting. I had the best breakfast there. Bob even gave me extra apricot scones to take back home for my husband. He baked them himself. Karen's cookies were also out of this world. I didn't get a chance to try their wine but next time I am in Seattle, will definitely stop by and try some. Nothing
