This motel was clean and comfortable. Good value for the money. Free airport shuttle service every 30 minutes was greatly appreciated. Check in was very slow. It took about an hour due to heavy volume of airport passengers whose flights were unexpectedly delayed that were directed to stay there by Delta Airlines. There was only one desk clerk on duty and it took her a long time to register guests.
Room was nice with good amenities. Breakfast was well stocked with a nice view of the golf course next door. We arrived too late for the Managers reception but it had a nice setting as well. Nice water pressure in the shower. Spa/hot tub area closed for remodeling. Weird location tucked back in the corner of a shopping center.
Staff very friendly and courteous. Evening cookies and manager's reception was nice. No microwave in room. Room was on small side. Breakfast was monotonous after two days!

We had to find a hotel for the night after a garage fire forced us out of our condo for the night. The Best Western Plus Plaza by the Green was so clean and comfortable - seemed new - we all slept really well after a stressful day. The front desk clerk had excellent customer service skills - we felt he was very friendly while juggling 3 guests at once, and he was very accommodating of our needs for an airport shuttle the next morning. We checked in around 9pm and I was happy to see a late-night cookie offered in the lobby - nothing like a little chocolate to help me count my blessings! Hot breakfast was plentiful and delicious and enjoyed with a morning paper and a relaxing view of the golf course. I would stay here again for the great value, free parking, shuttle service and close proximity to the airport.
Staff was excellent. Hotel was above average for the money. I will stay here again next time I pass through SeaTac. It's much better than the hotels near the airport. It would be better if it were free......

Large king bed; large well lit bathroom with good water pressure. Good sized indoor pool and hot tub. Coin operated w/ds Could only stay one night- but will return!!
Staff was very helpful. WiFi would not work in our rooms. It was a known problem but was not fixed.
The pool was a nice area to relax with the kids. Breakfast was a nice and saved us an expense. We would stay again, but we normally Payless. We are a big family and cut expenses where we can. The price was a little more then
plenty of parking paid for ramada but got motel 6 instead. you are better off picking else where.
Room smelled of strong asthma and headache triggering carpet cleaner like the kind that covers up smoke. Sheets were bleached and starched but pillow cover seemed stained. The kind of room you would not want to ever put a black light onto. Definitely not 3 stars as was listed.
Hotel staff used another employee's personal credit card, which was on file for a previous damage deposit (as they require), to pay for another of my employee's stay. This was done without my consent or that of the person whose card they charged. I provided them with the credit card authorization, which they said they didn't have on file. Because of this fraudulent activity the employee, whose card they used, was without money in his account while traveling. Nazjot, the front desk person, was extremely rude and interrupted me several times. When I asked to speak to the manager on two different occasions, I was told she wasn't available, but they would have her call me. After two days, I still have not received a call from the manager. We WILL NOT stay with this hotel again!
The staff was friendly. The outside look ran down and not taken care of. The rooms smelled bad. When we asked for extra towels and pillows for both rooms we had to go get them from the front desk ourselves and then only got 2 pillows and 2 towels. The bedding had burn holes in it. Both rooms were supposed to have fridges and only one did. The decor is very outdated and the shower had mildew in it along with the ceiling above the bed. There were not enough plug ins in the room to have the lights and our phone chargers plugged in at the same time, The shower pressure was lacking.
Staff was friendly. Structure has a classic Howard Johnson courtyard pool feel. The room looked like it hadn't been updated in about thirty years. Carpet was worn and frayed. Dents and scratches in the woodwork around the doors. Mattress was lumpy and drooping and uncomfortable. Television was a relic from the early 90s. Cooling/heating unit was loud. Selection of television channels very limited. Internet was basically unusable. At times it wanted login information and I couldn't get on at all. Other times it logged me in automatically but was so slow I could barely load a web page. Key card very fussy, stopped working altogether at one point. Went to the office to get it reset, found the office empty and locked with a sign saying they'd be back in 20 minutes. This was at 9:10pm. Door to room very difficult to open even when key card was working. Welcome mat in front of door was old and stuck in a curled up position, tripped me as I was loading in luggage. Morning breakfast was about as weak an attempt at this as I've seen. I ended up getting a juice and going elsewhere for food. Apart from that, super!
One of my employees was asked by the front desk person why he was standing in the lobby. He responded that he was waiting for the coffee to be finished. He was told that he needed to use the coffee in his room or he needed to wait outside...he wasn't to be waiting in the lobby. I cannot believe a hotel employee would say anything of the sort to any guest. My employee was wearing his work attire, which identifies his company and was not bothering anyone. This is completely unacceptable customer service and needs to be addressed by the manager.
Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir waren nur eine Nacht, während wir unterwegs waren, aber wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet öffnete nicht bevor wir los mussten, also hat das Personal ein Frühstück für unterwegs für uns vorbereitet mit Obst, Bagels, Muffins und Joghurt. Die Lage ist ca. 15 - 20 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt, es ist also nicht ideal für eine kurze Übernachtung zwischen zwei Flügen. Aber es gibt einen kostenfreien Shuttleservice, ist es ein Mini van der nur Sitze a eng 7 und war ein wenig unbequem wenn es voll ist.
