Nice staff, Pay for WiFi, no USB charging ports, ice machine broken on my floor and no refrigerator, I had to push the elevator door to get it to close,
no issues, everyone was happy to help, customer service was great.
Too crowded.. Not enough staff to help monitor the NYE madness. There were people everywhere in the lobby outside in the hallway... I paid Over &200 for a couple to stay ONE night there! And there was no continental breakfast... They charged me $6 for a bagel and cream cheese in the morning....On my floor there was a crowd of people just outside chillin in the hallway with a giant dog all night! The elevators were so crammed after New Years it was pure chaos and there was no staff anywhere!! to monitor the situation and the stair were impossible to find no signs anywhere to locate finally a random man came and helped... He wakes ahead of us as if we were mutants and didn't say much... For working in the hospitality business it justifiably seem right. Later that evening my boyfriend went to get some ice and stumbled upon A crowd of people and a man seriously Ou of control. He saw him beat the shot out of a guy right there in the hotel. There were crazy people runnin around with NO staff support!!!!! I was afraid to leave my room!!. My friends saw him freak out on two people on two occasions through out that night and there was no staff to call the police on him which needed to be done. It was stupid loud and chaotic and yes it wasNYE but this place looked classy and professional on the outside but they had no care to have the staff they needed for such a crazy night.. And not feeding us anything not even juice or Coffee!!!! in the morning for the amount we paid is just stupid. I will never return.
I had the pleasure of staying at the Flatiron Renaissance hotel from 12/21-12/27. It was conveniently located near my daughters home and with the Kayak deal it was a great value. My room had a spectacular view of the Front Range. The room was beautiful and very clean. The breakfast buffet was wonderful!! The chef makes the best omelettes and is so pleasant. Our waiter was like an old friend by the end of the week. I would definitely stay there again. My only complaint is the cost of internet access is really high. I chose to use my computer at my daughters home but I was fortunate to have an alternative.

A Denver blizzard shut down the airport and all major highways making it impossible to get to the hotel, but they would not refund me
Loved the waterfall shower. Loved the tall ceilings. Very clean. I didn't like that I had to pay for internet access. That is usually included in the hotel stay at other places we stay.
A very nice hotel in a great area north of Denver. I did not realize that this is a pet-friendly hotel (my mistake). It appeared that many families took advantage of this amenity during the Thanksgiving holiday. There were a lot of dogs in public spaces. For this reason we will not stay here again.
Staff were incredibly friendly. Rooms were a little dated but comfortable. Breakfast was nice. We had a first floor room and the person above us sounded like he/she was running foot races at 5 in the morning. Other than that, everything was great.
We were taken by the cute English decor and laid back atmosphere of Hill Top Inn and Suites. The staff is friendly and we just love Miss Jocelyn. The complementary breakfast was made to order. We recommend visiting the Burns Pub on site.
Good personal service, don't stay here if you like cookie-cutter hotels.
