Summary: Right in the heart of Capitola Village. Just steps to the beach, river walk, restaurants, and boutique shopping. This airy, cute and COMPLETELY REMODELED (3/2023) beach bungalow has it all! The upstairs loft has 1 King Montessori style bed, downstairs boasts 1 Queen bed and a double sofa bed. Relax on the outside deck that has an electric BBQ. (with dishes, cookware, utensils, etc.), private patio decks with seating, Internet, cable, and much more. The Space: We have an electric grill on the back patio for guests to use during their stay. NOTE: Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz County, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning. Two Units Available, Unit A is also available for rent in this duplex and can be rented out for more space for the family- Ask for details! Guest Access: We will provide you with check in instructions 48 hours before arrival. There will be a keypad on the front door for easy check in and guests can arrive at their convenience. We also provide a welcome binder with additional details about the property and the neighborhood. The Neighborhood: This lovely beach getaway is located right across from the river walk and only a short walk to the beach, village shops, restaurants, cafes, and wine bars. You can take a five minute walk up to Gayle's Bakery for their signature locally-roasted coffee or grab a sweet treat from the case. It is truly the perfect location for central access to all! Getting Around: We are in walking distance to the village, the wharf and both beaches. PARKING: Parking can be difficult in Capitola Village! There is public street parking on Bluegum and also a public parking lot across the street on Capitola Avenue. Other Things to Note: Parking can be difficult in Capitola Village! There is only ONE shared private parking space for Units A&B, so parking is not guaranteed. There is public street parking on Bluegum and also a public parking lot across the street on Capitola Avenue.
