I had made reservations for a double bed and when I got there they only had a king size bed
I did like his hotel everything was really nice about it parking is really easy it was super close event I was going to my only complaint would be a they charge you $50 at check in now nowhere did it say it was charging $50 for checking in I called the office and complained about it because the $50 made my account go negative. And they did absolutely nothing about it which kind of made me mad.actually I'm still waiting for the $50 back and it's been five days that if it does Credit to my account soon I will never stay here again. That's the one thing that would make me not return to this hotel. everything is nice but beware of the holding fee.
Staff was friendly Lounge, bar, and piano area were relaxing. Carpeting in the outer halls. The room door had foot prints and scuff marks.
My stay here was great. I have stayed at ALoft, just up the street a few time and after a few poor experiences I decided to stay at Ontario Airport Hotel. The staff was amazing and very accessible. The room was very clean and the location is perfect. The shuttle service that will take you around town for free was also a huge plus. This is where I will always stay from now on.
Clean with perfectly comfortable beds, roomy and not noisy. Nice workout room and breakfast area, always had tea, coffee and fruit available...excellent people working about! shower curtain needed more support but Im sure its already been fixed as all other aspects of hotel have been kept up.
The TV didn't work properly. The engineer was polite and nice. However, it took quite a while for him to replace a part and fix it. Not his fault. However, very inconvenient that the hotel gave us a room with a faulty TV.
The pool area was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Front desk help was great it was kind of pricey for a night stay
Very good experience Didnt know how to operate your alarm clock! Must be the blonde in me, lol!
Great staff, very clean and beautiful space. The waiter remembered my name, which is always nice. That I forgot my bathingsuit for the pool!
I am satisfied for room and environment.
They were the only motel for the price I wanted to pay. Prior to that I was staying in a 5 star hotel, so take my words for what they are worth. Got the deal off the net and a last minute need on a holloween weekend. They placed me in a smoking room and I don't remember the site saying it was smoking. I couldn't sleep in the room and the first couldn't get an upgrade till the new clerk came.
Overall price and convienant
the staff was nice the elevator was busted the juice machine was busted the ice machine was busted the vending machines only took singles
It was the cheapest hotel around and was convenient for the event that my friends and I were attending. The lady working the night shift was very rude. The hotel has a policy in which no more than 4 members can attend the room after a certain time period, which is understandable. However, the lady working at the front desk threatened to call the cops on us as some of our friends came over to gather their belongings. Note, they did not plan to stay the night. They were just picking up their stuff that they had left in our room before leaving for the event. This was a major downside. It could have been handled much better. I don't think I would stay here again.
Nothing The hall way smelled like wet dog.
The upgraded jacuzzi room which cost $40 more. Leisure trip turned really expensive really quickly. The room given to me at check-in was dirty and low grade. The floor was filthy, there were tears in the window screen, no tv remote and the tub was dirty and there was a conjoining door that didn't like. Claimed the hotel was booked although there were like 6 cars in the parking lot. I had to upgrade to another room which was $40 more!
Everything was perfect! Staff, room, pool, breakfast. It's worth the price!
The room was very nice, with a comfortable bed, flat panel television, and roomy bathroom Be advised that this hotel is near the railroad and airport. I did not hear any air traffic, but there were occaisonal train whistles. I did not find them bothersome
i was amazed how clean and nice is this place and the the room was perfect, thanks none
Nicely appointed rooms are a cut above. The place is well maintained and the breakfast had a good selection and was well stocked. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and excellent value for Money. A bit noisy in the morning with the trains and proximity to the airport.
Comfortable bed, flat screen TV, granite countertop in bathroom No
The room was upgraded with new decor and a flat screen television. It was a great bargain for overnight after arriving late and before leaving for Palm Springs.
Couldn't be more clean. Bed, restroom, and everything was clean. Close to freeway and local sites. Easy to find. When we first arrived, I had thoughts of finding a new place to stay. It looks like a better motel. Was thinking it was more of a hotel when I booked the room.
Well appointed, comfortable, up to date, and the breakfast was nice with a wide selection to choose from.
The location was quiet from freeway traffic.
closeness to the airport
we were given a room on the first floor, an easy walk to the shuttle. This was thoughtful since we did not have a car. The room was clean and pleasant and amazingly quiet since it is so near the airport.
Comfortable room size. Easy access to freeway and airport.
It's CALIFORNIA, you're basically handed over to the jackals by their corrupt elected officials. They are simply there to empty the pockets of poor working folks. Do NOT use their wireless internet for banking, etc. Use HTTPS Everywhere, anti-tracking, REAL anti-malware and VPN since I've never seen so many warnings from programs I didn't even know HAD warning pop-ups! There are slightly better choices in the same area, so why do our employers continually send us here?
