I was impressed that they emailed me before arrival and asked me for preferences and came through on those. The first floor room was convenient to the pool and lounge/cafe, very roomy, but it was also quiet even with a sports team in the building. Nothing. It met all my needs we were in town for my nephew's Graduation.
Housekeeping and Internet/cable service was great. Breakfast was good as well Restless nights. Stayed in room 104 and you could head every step the people above took. Sounded like someone would fall through the floor...... So I paid to get no sleep for 2 nights. Asked staff if I could change rooms and if there was a charge I would pay the difference. Staff said since I booked through a third party there was nothing they could for me. Wow no service! So much chlorine in the pool in which it would make you cough after 30 minutes of being there while your eyes are burning and one of my children through up because of swallowing the water! Awful stay and experience
Decent rooms and breakfast, friendly staff took my shoes off at the desk in my room. the next morning, i have at least a dozen welts from being bitten by something.
The room, bed, and pillows were great. Hundreds of channels available through DirecTV. The mini-fridge was a great place to keep snacks for our 19 month old cold. Plenty of room to stretch out. There was hideaway bed that we didn't need to use. The pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was mediocre. Do-it-yourself waffle maker, circular thawed egg patties, and paper thin bacon. There were also breads, yogurt, coffee, and fruit. I'm not complaining about the breakfast's middling quality because it saved us quite a bit of $$ from eating out every morning. Our AC went out on day 2 of our 5 night stay. I told the front desk about the AC around 8pm. They installed a new unit the following morning.
Clean, quiet and comfortable.
I liked that the room that I was given had a decent sized kitchen. The staff were very pleasant when ever we needed something. Overall it wasn't a bad experience, but I don't know if I would use this hotel again. I did not like that the pool was very small and the second floor smelled like bad weed the entire trip. I realize that the hotel has no say in who is going to smoke however I asked for a room with no smoking so I would assume they would put me in a place that wouldn't be near a smoking room. The pool was also too small for more than five people to fit in there comfortably.
We booked at the last minute and it was great. Beds were exceptional. Had dinner at the hotel and it was a pleasure. Leaving
Amazing indoor pool, spa and friendly service at the front desk. Was told they would remodel soon Rooms were on par with a much lesser quality hotel. Small/slow tv service. Beds weren't comfortable and Sheets weren't on correctly and falling off immediately. Pillows were down right awful, easily the worst part of the stay. Golf course was in pretty rough shape for the price. It's March in CO so it's understandable but rates should drop with it for a decent city-esque course.
I love the attention to detail this place gives as well as the accommodations! Only one valet driver stood out because he didn't act in the same courteous manner as his peers.
The location and value for money were excellent, as was the staff and evening lounging.
Really nice and classy. Had everything you would want at your hotel. Every little thing there was a 70% up charge. Hotel price didn't include everything. Something called a facility fee, $20 for 2 beers pool side. Ridiculous!
The staff is friendly, lobby and rooms are well appointed and value for money is great.
Room clean, front staff professional and polite.
Nice staff and a nice property. Older property but well maintained. Hate the resort fee. It's a junk fee in my opinion that hides the true cost of the room. Charge the full rate and don't nickle and dime guests.
Great location and breakfast Bought club level room where everything was included, valet, breakfast and internet. Surprised by a facilities use fee that covered these amenities. That is not "free" as advertised.
Staff was great. Had a great time. I would go back
I loved everything about this hotel!!! When I made my reservation online with kayak I was just expecting a regular hotel room. When we arrived in was shocked at how nice it was! Everything was really clean, the room was actually a suite with a full kitchen and living room. My husband and I had our two daughters with us (1yr & 6yr) they provied us with a crib for the baby at no additional charge. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The guy at the front desk even helped me look up daycare nearby. The complimentary breakfast was awesome. They had different options daily. And as much as I hate to say it my youngest daughter got sick and vomited at breakfast and the kitchen staff was so kind and helpful. I really appreciate that especially in such an embarrassing situation. So thank you Hayatt House, you'll definitely being seeing my family again!!
rest for a family with a small child. fridge stove microwave. plenty of space to spread out the multitude of bag that comes with traveling with a small child. only downside was no bath tub stand up shower only at least in the room I was in. definitely going to look for this brand next time we travel
The hotel had everything you'd need for an extended stay. Full size appliances including a dishwasher. It was very clean. The king size bed was comfortable. The shower was a large warm walk in. The hot breakfast was good and included an omelet bar. I'd stay here again. The tvs were older and throne in the the livin area was fuzzy but did include a DVDs player.
It was a nice hotel and staff was friendly I grabbed the remote to turn the TV on and found the remote sticky. That was a joke in its self. We found when step on the side of he bed that the floor was sticky. So sticky that our foot stuck to the carpet. After getting your foot away, your shoe was sticky while walking around the room. Really put a damper on things.
The room was clean and the staff was super friendly. The location is close to the freeway but there are no shops or resturants near by. Breakfast was almost $13 and it was not worth it. Overall I would stay again.
Every thing was nice and clean. We asked for a rollaway and where told they would bring one right up after an hour and a half we still had no rollaway, so we asked again and they said they would check and see if they had any, half an hour later still nothing, we checked again and they said there where non. So we asked for two blankets and they brought one and we had call back for another one. Other than that is was a great stay.
The lobby was nice. For such a high end hotel maybe they could renovate it a bit. I was surprised to see the popcorn ceilings. The customer service was good. That breakfast was not included with the room. No continental either. Coffee was good.
The bed was hard on one side and like a flat tire on the other. the adjustable bed wasn't adjustable! the heater sounded like a cricket.
Pool awesome Hot tub great Pee stained mattress No food for breakfast for the $$ you pay, not even a banana....
You stay was only brief. We arrived after midnight but the front desk staff was very welcoming and quickly got us checked into our room. The next morning was an early departure to finish our trip but the staff greeted us and got us underway quickly with a sincere thank you for stay with them and a have a wonder day send off. Families were just starting to wake and head to the pool.
Proximity to the area. Needs updating. Felt dirty
I'd like a continental breakfast option
Rock hard beds. Staff was rude and made dumb jokes
The staff and service was great. The room was comfortable and well kept. The fitness center is tiny and the elliptical is broken.
