Beautiful historical house, charmingly renovated. The innkeeper was cordial, very friendly and helpful. Upon my late arrival, I was escorted to my room. Nice! Chocolate kisses on top of all the glasses, clean room, comfortable. WiFi available as well as a DVD player and cable TV. Excellent breakfast. I was up early to catch the Badger ferry back to WI, so I didn't expect a full buffet, but the innkeeper had everything there for me including a quiche, baked oatmeal, muffins, bacon, brewed coffee, K-cup coffee, toast. It was scrumptious! So glad to have a full breakfast before heading out again. Note that there were dairy-free and gluten-free options available for breakfast. Nice touch! Also included was a lovely brunch bag for my trip on the ferry; hard boiled eggs, salt & pepper, yogurt, muffins, and apples. I will definitely stay here again when passing through Ludington. Highly recommended! I didn't care for the loud window air-conditioning unit, but I understand that that's the only way that they could provide AC to the rooms. It was a bit noisy for me when trying to sleep, but the noise was preferred to not having the AC and being uncomfortably hot and sticky.
We stayed there with friends during Spring Break. Staff members were friendly, breakfast was big and tasted good. We didn't sleep well, but we usually don't when we stay somewhere. If you are looking for a nice place to stay in Ludington, I would recommend this.
Nice place. Remodeled older motel. Lots of love being put into the facility. Great breakfast. Great staff. Super clean. Love listening to the birds in the morning. Liked it so much I stayed two nights.
Staff was very nice. Also close to Ferry and they do an early breakfast for those on the ferry, a cooked to order entre each day.
Beautiful and spacious rooms. Great place just to hang out in. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The breakfast is delicious. The grounds are relaxing. Spent a weekend but would loved to have stayed longer.
