The fact that I left the room and I was cleaned but my gold rings were moved and I have tried to contact someone about my items... I know it was bad weather but I couldn't get to the door being handicapped and all . I would just like someone to explain and be concerned about my items..
It's close to six flags and has a shuttle to get you there and back!!! The room was not clean had spider webs all over the room, dirty pillows was on the bed, and hair was in our sheets. They could not even give us a new room.
The housekeepers did a great job, the room was alright, the location was really good. During check in there was something going on with the phones and the front desk person was frustrated with it. There were also noisy people down the hall from us that woke us up a couple of times.
Quiet large rooms. Close to everything we asked for. Very friendly and helpful staff
It was very easy to check in and out no complications. I got to check in early than regular check in time. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. I loved reading the little cards they had around the room to learn about going green on the items there. Overall I was impressed. Plus a bonus you are close to six flags, Ripley's believe it or not, rangers stadium, and at&t stadium home of the cowboys. I got a good deal on the price too.
The hotel is tucked back off Lamar Blvd, so it's pretty quiet. The facilities are nice, though the fitness center could use more and newer equipment. I didn't use the indoor hot tub, nor take advantage of the continental breakfast. Rooms are comfortable and clean. I'd rate the hotel higher, if not for the surprise $10 charge for "incidentals". Incidentals are supposed to be per-item charges for beverages and snacks that are in your in-room fridge, with a price list attached. In this case, however, it's just Wyndham going for a slightly better margin on a room. There was no mention of an "incidentals" fee when I made the reservation, and the practice is borderline false advertising. I'd pre-paid for the room to get a special rate, then Wyndham gouged me for another $10 at check-in, eliminating the savings.
I liked the fact that they had a complimentary shittle service to/from DFW airport. I also liked the friendliness of the staff. The quality of the room was also decent. Overall, this was a good hotel for the money I paid. No ATM machine in the hotel lobby. I had to walk across the parking lot (in the rain) to another hotel just to get some cash.
The staff was very helpful The shower was clogged in room 518. The pool was in poor condition and the surrounding rooms were under construction and looked like it had been for a while. The outdoor pool was closed because it was run down.
Very friendly staff and a perfect location if you plan on visiting six flags over texas
Nice place and people The air conditioner would only go as low as 66 degrees, which kept the room warm with 4 people.
It was clean and nice . Breakfast was good. They gave our room away and put us in a handicapped room.
Great hotel. I have an older son and a three year old. This is the hotel for us. Slightly dirty bathroom and had to call for soap.
-We booked a King bed only to be told that the fine print says that it is subject to availability -The beds were very uncomfortable double beds. They sunk-in towards the middle and felt very worn. -The next door shower from the adjoining room was super loud early in the morning and woke us up -Our bathroom has a huge roach in it. I had to call the front desk twice to get them to do anything about it. Then, a supposed Manager came into the room with a towel and grabbed the pest only to say to us "Every guest has to pay its dues". There was no cleaning, no apologies and no restitution. Avoid this place.
