There was a nice marked area to walk our dog. The staff member, Zusha, at the front desk was professional, polite and very personable. She was very attentive to any questions or concerns.
Where do I start!!! We booked a suite and paid for a suite via Kayak/Travelocity. I had called ahead on the 26th to advise them we would be a late arrival (our plane did not get in until 11pm.). We arrived late Friday and were told that the suite we wanted was not available. N o explanation. We were given an oversized single room and were advised that the manager (Della O'Brian) would contact us and explain the mixup. Della never called. We got a call on Saturday from the Sales Mgr. who said to take it up with Travelolcity as the room we got is what was agreed to by La Quinta???? Additionally, the phone was not working properly. We couldn;t call the front desk and our message light blinked for three days. We had no outgoing phone service for the entire stay (Friday thru Monday) We told the front desk on two occasions and we also told the Sales Mgr. about the phone. Not sure what the problem was but we had no one come to the room to fix the phone. Finally, I couldn't pin anyone down to give me a price differential between the suite and the room we received.
One of the nicest hotels that I've stayed in.
Shower head was too high so the spray was so fine it was hard to rinse off. The housekeeper almost walked in on me as I was dressing in the morning at 9am.
