The staff was friendly and helpful. I was placed in one of the furthest rooms from the water, near the staircase and the street. No problem. However, the stairway firedoor and every other steel door in the place slammed violently every time a guest came or went. Not relaxing, it woke me countless times. Did not feel like a this was a good value for a business traveler on a Monday night. Invest in some hydraulic closers for your doors.
Very peaceful and relaxing. Many unique spaces to feel like you're at a private oasis. Beautiful beach, relaxing chairs on the doc and private balconies with beautiful views. The people were extremely helpful and genuine, from the ladies at the front desk to housekeeping. The entire property was beautifully maintained
Woman checking us in was friendly Definitely not a resort. A lot of junk on property and what looked like someone living out of a van on the property. See Gordon Ramsey's "Hotels from Hell". Wife did not feel safe.
The view was great! Nice sized room (although I paid for it). Band right outside our room on the ground floor (we were on the second floor). Staff lied to us. Our 'balcony' was also the walkway to the other rooms, so people were always walking by, and some stopped and sat down to listen to the band. Adjoining room had party until 3 am. Couldn't call the front desk, since they closed at 10 pm. No phone system in room.
we found the inlet room, was much cheaper than the Inn at Key West. There were five rooms for less than Two rooms at the other hotel. We now have reservations for it. Hutchinson Island is much less touristy. No

Location Dirty, mould, old, smelly, rusty fixtures. Generally disgusting
