The bed was fantastic and it was the best night of sleep we got during our entire vacation. Obviously, it's just a really nice and fancy hotel. You feel comfortable and clean the entire time. Would have loved to stay another night, but the rate doubled the second night, so we had to peace out. :( The staff wasn't terribly nice or attentive. Also, why is it impossible to call the front desk from the phones inside the rooms? Is this just normal nowadays?
I love the service .. They actually upgraded our room to suite because they didn't have a room with double beds available! I will refer and plan on visiting again thanks...
I loved having valet parking, help with my luggage and great bed. I requested that there be a crib in my room upon making reservation, (traveling with infant grandchild) and again just prior to my arrival AND upon check in. Went up to my room an hour later - - STILL NO CRIB. Was not able to call front desk from my room (used my cell each of THREE Times!!!) and there was NO CRIB delivered EVEN 4 hours later when the meal and speakers were done!!!! I left a nice tip for crib setup person, who, when it was finally delivered did a great job AND left a written 'thank you' note : )
Overall hotel was what I needed when my flight was canceled due to weather. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and a bathroom with nice towels. The hotel was hosting the "Texas Foosball Championship" and apparently they were told they had rule of the hotel because they were all over with red solo cups making noise, until 3 am on floor 10 might I add. should also note I needed to be switched rooms when my door wouldn't stay locked properly. Slightly frustrating night when I just wanted to try to get a few hours of sleep before beginning another day of unintended flying.
I had an early flight and booked a room at the Westin the evening before to get some extra sleep.... Dropped my rental car off at the airport and it took 11/2 hours for the Westin Staff to pick me up at the airport after multiple phone calls and limited locations that they will pick you up at. Finally got back to the motel about 11:00 so much for the extra sleep as,.Not trusting the shuttle service, (they claim every 1/2 hour) we left one hour earlier so we could assure that we would make it on time...
Hotel rate and amenities. Flight path. Loud. Shower net door was loud too. Couldn't sleep when neighbors showered after 11:00 PM.
After my reservation at a nearby hotel was cancelled without notice, the staff at the Westin were welcoming and informative. Great experience.
Clean, quiet even during major storms and tornado watches, this hotel was perfect when American Airlines cancelled my flight 3 times from DFW to Austin.
That I have to pay $20 for breakfast. Now I see why that Denny's is still in business.
It's the little extras. Retractable pen.. . Bathrobe.. . Leaf-shaped aloe soap. .. Extra towels. .. Chilled martini. .. Nice gym. ..Courteous shuttle driver. All in all, royal treatment.
We love the excellent service we have gotten from this hotel on back to back years, the staff is very friendly and super helpful. Especially so with our concierge Tony Santos he was wonderful he helped us with everything we needed and more.
Too expensive for the money n everything coz money there may be just for the rich people don't know what to do with their money staffs there look down on us coz we didn't wear fancy clothes or name brand bags will never go back there even I have so much money ... Nothing to like

The most comfortable beds ever and the best pillows. The balcony overlooking the pool made us just stay in and order room service. Want to find a reason to come stay again. Everything was just great. No complaint.

Die gesamte Erfahrung - vom Check-in bis zur Abreise - war erstklassig! Die Bäder mit TV im Spiegel waren eine tolle Überraschung und ein toller Zusatz zu der tollen Wanne und der Dusche mit Bank. Die Kissen waren sehr weich und bauschig und die Aussicht war fantastisch. Wir fanden alle Bars und das Essen toll. Sehr glücklich, dass wir hier übernachtet haben!

I loved the location. Friday nights dinner at five-sixty was wonder full and the view amazing. Saturday morning we awoke and took a stroll through downtown dallas. And the shops on the 1st level were convenient. So last weekends stay was all for fiancee....Shes been really stressed lately and i wanted to give her a night to remember.First off partially my fault, but i booked on prom weekend so parking was horrible. I actually ended up parking across the street from Reunion Tower. Then greeted at the front desk i find that they've stuck me into a double queen handicap room, not ok. After speaking with the young lady down stairs she apologizes and gives me a different room. Again its a double queen not the single room. I had booked. Then when i go to wash up before dinner at the five-sixty, the drain to the sink was clogged and water poured on to the floor. Kids at the prom were having fun on the balcony, they were laughing, screaming and enjoying theyre night. Unfortunately for us, we were located right above...
A remarkable hotel at the epicenter of Dallas. The hotel has immediate access to all local Dart rail trains (leading everywhere), the T (taking you to Fort Worth) and Amtrak with straight connections to Chicago and Los Angeles. A memorable vacation starts with 1 or 2 nights here and then a surprise trip either on Amtrak or Dart out to DFW airport. The atrium is amazing with views of Reunion tower and the famed 560 Wolfgang Puck's restaurant. Make your reservations at least 2-3 weeks out to get an available time slot for a memorable night viewing downtown Dallas from 3/4 of mile away and 560 feet up in the air. Room was spacious and immaculate and view of downtown, rail station, Omni was incredible. Request a view of downtown when you check in. Valet parking is a little pricey so I opted for self pay parking at the Amtrak station ($6 for 12 hours)

The room was clean enough. Valet is a joke. Staff is rude. Not pet friendly at all. Terrible location, hard to access. Expect long waits for any service needed and fees that aren't shown online. Make sure to really check your bill upon leaving. Ours was screwy. Couldn't complete a quick check-out, because we had to go to the desk to get it fixed, which took forever.
My entire experience was weird. When we first arrived, we wanted to unload our car and I got yelled at like I was a child. Literally yelled at. I had to be firm back in order to get direction as to what te he'll I was supposed to do. Then, upon check in, I was informed that for our two cars, self park was $40. I had no idea it would be so much. I was extremely unhappy but tried to remain optimistic. I purposefully found a hotel with a Pool per request of our group. The pool is a sick hilarious joke. It's the size of a van. It was ridiculous. It was also completely full because of the 10 whole people who were in it. Left the hotel an figured out they overcharged me. Called them and they "took care of it". Well they isn't it still is not reconciled in my account. Over charged, expensive parking, rude parking dude, misleading pool size.

Super pet friendly. They welcomed my dog with a hyatt dog bed and dog dish for her and also gave us two treats that she enjoyed. However, there is a pet depost of $100 that's non-refundable

Very nice hotel, with excellent meeting facilities. Very convenient to West End nightlife and dining. Good food. Easy and cheap access to airport via rail (DART or TRE). The train is a little noisy, even on the opposite site of the building.
The hotel was very nice and the staff was very nice and professional The price didn't match the room size also while I was there I didn't get much rest because there were a group of young teenagers in a room next door who kept making noise and going in and out of their room each time someone left out I could hear mind you I was there to enjoy and spend time with my fiancé before she left for California
Staff was courteous and changed sheets upon our request, after we noticed stains and discoloration. Location was good. Filthy sheets and comforter. Stained and discolored sheets. Business center requested credit card to use computer, and charged to print when it had technical issues. Expensive snack bar in room. No Continental breakfast. Rooms need updating
Very comfortable room. Trevi's restaurant was fantastic. Grout in shower needed to be replaced.

The hotel was very nice, big, beautiful and wonderful location. My only problem was that the heat was not working in our room and the temperature outside was in the 30s that night. I woke up feeling extremely congested and realize my friend increased the heat to 89.5 degrees and was still sleeping in her pullover because the room was so cold. I didnt call maintenence to report issue because it was 4 in the morning when i realised the vents was only producing cold air and we were only staying one night. The girl at the front desk asked us how was our stay and i mention the temperature in the room. She asked if i reported last night I told her no. I have been fighting a cold since staying in this room. Other than that I would go back but I hope that they take the time to make sure thermostats are working before assigning guest their room. Also checkout is a 12pm two different cleaning ladies knocked on the door twice between the hours of 7am and 11am. Obviously, we hadn't checked out why were they knocking on our door. I worked in the hotel industry before and cleaning service knows which guest have checked by a reporr the front desk provides them. Other than that very nice hotel and the pros out weight the cons. You will not be disappointed especially since the hotel has a restaurant and popular bar. Also reasonable price resturant non chain food are 10 minutes away by car.

The suite I had was great! A well appointed room in which the bed was situated to look out the window. Room service was great. The food was good and a lot of choices that were not terribly expensive. I liked the bathroom had a shower separate from the tub. I stayed in my room and had a wonderful stay. I would go again. The Mokra spa that's attached to the hotel was also very nice. If you are a runner there is a 3 mile course that goes around the lake next to the hotel. Getting to the gym was a hike, think finding your way around the hotel in the Shining. Going to the lower levels of the hotel the smell was rather bad. It smelled like sewage. However, when I got to the gym it was a really nice gym for a hotel. It was large and very clean. The locker room was much better than expected. It housed a dry sauna and two showers. They had amenities such as toothpaste, mouthwash, and feminine products available.
Just overall friendly people and clean. Plus one of the most amazing place to eat in DFW is less than 1/10 of a mile from here! All male staff?!?!?
