I went on a trip for a conference with my parents. The facility looked okay but a bit dated. There is a problem if you have a car since the parking is not readily available. The staff were helpful and beds were comfortable I booked in advance and despite I arrived 6 hours after my planned time my room was not ready! We had to wait for 30 minutes to get an available room. I asked for easy access since I have an old mother with me, but the room was on the 9th floor!! Far from everything. I booked and paid for a fridge but our food went bad because it didn't arrive until the next day despite multiple reminders! The floor at the room has some red stains not sure from what! That is after waiting for it.. People at the front desk were okay, but I would avoid it if there are other options .. Stayed at the Hyatt in the past and had better experience
Great price. Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff They confused the reservation then confused it again. It was a bit of a hasstle but it worked out OK. It would have been more helpful if Booking.com had information about the reservation on the email.

Lots of nearby grocery stores and food chains. Very close to silver line train (metro). Amazing view. Friendly staff. Outdoor pool is closed. Stains on the carpet and towels.
The staff was highly helpful and very nice. The room was really clean and spacious, overall we had a great stay and would come back again.
Comfortable, good facilities and clean. Internet was not free. Internet is too basic to not be included in the price nowadays.

The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were modern and very clean. The staff wasn't attentive. I felt like we were being nickeled and dimed (We had to pay for breakfast and for internet)
Lobby is beautiful, the rooms clean and spacious. Front office staff was great at check in and bar staff was friendly and attentive.
The facilities overall were good. Parking was easy and a value the bar area was really nice. The hotel was quiet good value overall The response from the front desk about the safe and the bed in the room looked like someone had laid on the bed and when they had issue requested a room changed however they never got the room ready before I checked in
Nice clean and modern
Location No food options at night. Our flight landed after midnight and we were told the kitchen was closed and there was no room service. All we were offered (initially) was junk food (candy, etc). After a few minutes of looking in vain for something healthy to eat in amongst all the junk food the desk clerk admitted actually there *might* be some chicken salads left in the kitchen and called someone to bring them out. Now, obviously I can never prove this but I'm convinced that they were keeping these meal aside for staff and that, presumably, leftover fresh food that expires at the end of the day (like salads) are given to staff. Anyway, that's the last time we'll be staying there.
The room was well-appointed and nicely arranged, but the bathroom was exquisite, with a big walk-in shower that included a rainwater sprinkler and separate hand shower. The staff couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. The Sunday buffet breakfast was reasonably priced, though the selection was fairly simple and routine. Wi-Fi wasn't visible in our room. Fortunately not critical for this stay but could be frustrating for a business traveler. The mattress needs to be replaced. No support and sagged toward the center.
Staff was very friendly & helpful. I requested a room away from elevators and it was granted. Also recieved a free 2pm check out. Loved the bathroom especially the Kolher square rainforest shower head. Tv signal keep going in& out so I had to use my tablet instead. But wifi is free on weekends so no worries :)
The design and comfort of the room were great. The bathroom was outstanding - very nice change from most other hotels! The cost of the room was a great value. We would stay again at this hotel without hesitation. Our waitress in the Padella restaurant was terrible. We were there around 7:30pm on 9/7/15. She was very rude to me (husband) and addressed all of her comments and questions only to my wife, constantly finishing her sentences with "Ma'am" and looking only at my wife, not me. When we first sat down, her first sentence was "Can I get you drinks?". Before we had a chance to answer, she immediately said to be "Do you want to order the rib eye?". We did not even have our menus yet. I said nor did absolutely anything to cause her "men hater" attitude. It took forever for her to bring out the bill. When she finally did, she never returned to collect the credit card. We were by a window. During all of this time, I saw her spending a lot of time gossiping with someone at a particular table, as well as walking around cleaning up other tables and setting up place settings on tables. We ended up going to the bar to pay the bill. The bar tender was extremely nice. After paying the bill, we ordered two drinks to take up to the room. The bartender did an outstanding job in making the drinks.
Love the room it was clean and comfortable also the bathroom was so spaces and clean. The pool my kids loved it they where in from the time it open until is was closing time I must say we did enjoyed our self. Nothing not to like.
Walking distance to Metra system allowed D.C. visit without need for car rental. Sonia at front desk is rude & not professional. Example: Approached front desk to check-in and sternly told there is no room for us... even though we had a reservation confirmation number from speaking with her the previous day. After insisting that she take a look at her reservation system, she acknowledged that we did have a room reserved. Really? Turning away your guests without even looking at your reservation system first? Not a welcoming experience at all!
I called the hotel directly to ask about parking and Leeza was incredibly professional and accomodating! At check-in I discovered she made me VIP guest of the day. I have stayed in Westins countless times and I didnt even know they had this program! It made my day and I will definitely return to this hotel and other Westins
Comfortable bed nice shower nice pool. A lot of tv channels had poor reception.
Just needed a room close to Reston Town Center for the Tour de Cure. Room was clean, quiet, well priced and plenty of room for my bike. Can't ask for much more than that.
The restaurant staff - especially in the mornings -- is excellent. Maria and Megan, notably. These are terrific professionals The front desk staff could not manage a Hello or a smile if their lives depended on it. They were smug to a person. Unfriendly. Unhelpful. Unwelcoming. I travel frequently on business and stay in Hyatt's, Hilton's, W's, and Westin Hotels; nice places. I expect to at least receive courteous attention. This front desk team needs a lesson in civility. For that alone I will not likely be back and will stay at the Hyatt next time.

Safe, good area, clean and close to where I needed to be. parking was confusing but that is my only complaint. The drive to the Westin was hard to find and the parking was confusing at first, but after I did it a couple of times it was easier. The first time finding it was at night but all the signs are small or things were written on the pavement.

Just a place to crash in after long trips I am not pleased, my room was not clean, towels not clean, TV was not even flat screen but old style, room was small, management not helpful. They never called to confirm whether are are willing to cancel or reschedule my booking due to honest mistake 10 days prior to my booking date. They thought they are going to get the money for free, and when I attended I was asked whether a one bed is enough when my booking was for a double bed?!! I was shocked!

I was very pleased with the hotel staff, always attentive and cheerful. The food in the restaurant was well priced and very good. The gym was sparse but allowed me to get what I needed done.

The mid-afternoon staff responded to our call regarding difficulty turning on the TV, and called afterwards to make sure everything was taken care of by the maintenance staff. The room was very clean and the shower was spacious. The adjustable bed was a nice idea, but ended up being not comfortable. The air system in the room was noisy when it turned on, which woke me up repeatedly. The buffet breakfast was a little pricey at $27.00 for two people, but it was convenient.
