The balconies! The arrangement of the rooms was great, the beds were very comfy and the restaurant food was excellent, better than most hotel fare.
Just needed a place close to news years party. It was convenient and very quiet. Front counter person very friendly and helpful. Switched me to a more quiet location and into a room with a single bed since I was by myself.
Very clean and well run. Pleasant staff. Easy to access from freway. Nice area. Too expensive-that far out of the city should decrease the price. Too modern-Sheraton tries too hard to be edgy and modern which means it loses a bit in hominess. Bed was comfortable but room overall felt a little stiff and unwelcoming. Also didn't like that hotel is disconnected buildings. It meant a long walk outside to my room even once I was in the hotel.
The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. N/a
Overall a good experience, clean, well run. Heater / air conditioner is loud, noisy, interrupting sleep
The first room we were given had a foul smell, even though it was a non-smoking room. We were quickly given a different room upon calling the front desk, which I greatly appreciate.

Nice room and breakfast Odd location
Centrally and convenient located. Nicely decorated room.
Uncomfortable bed Needing repairs - ie. Door/deadbolt difficult to secure or enter
Location Bed was lumpy. Tile grout was dirty. Bottom of bathroom door was rotted. Air conditioner was loud...etc
Check in was easy. Breakfast was great. Staff was fantastic. Room smelled and looked extremely clean.
Great bed and in the right location. Easy to find. Good lighting and clean. Nothing
Room was clean. Wall heater/Airconditioner was not plugged in to the wall. Where the plug should have been was a block off plate. Also the GFI electrical outlet in the bathroom was broken. Had to plug my shaver in out at the bed. They knew the ac/heater was not going to work and removed the wall plug. And rented the room anyway.
The website indicated there was a refrigerator in every room and there is not. The guest book indicated you can get one for an additional fee. Also, there is 1 bank of elevators that is for an extended building. Kind of awkward and inconvenient. See above
Location was nice close to restaurants and shopping The bed wasn't too comfortable . Also there were used towels laying around the pool area from earlier in the day. No complimentary breakfast for guest.
Front Desk Aaron and Kevin were very pleasant and accommodating. Rooms were clean, has a coin operated laundry facility. First 2 nights, TV wasn't working. Took so much walk to the front desk to ask for one. The manager (yes the manager) was not of help at all. All he could do is nod and nod. Nothing else. No public restroom (fyi).
When we arrived there was no one around to check us in. The lobby was full of people waiting and it took 15 minutes for someone from the back room to open the door and see the lobby full. They then said we will be right with you and left again. Very unprofessional for the hospitality business. When we finally did get to our room the AC/heater was broken and only one window was not broken. It also had the stove and sink but no supplies to go with using any of it. Definitely one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. Location, price
Soft bed Reserved 2 double beds for our family of 4. On arrival only a king handicapped room was available. We were told we would have a king bed, a pull out sofa, and a roll away. There was no sofa. That was too squishy for 4 people. Can't get a mimosa or Bloody Mary on Sunday morning. The bar in a sold out hotel wasn't open.
Arrived early and was able to get an express checkin. Nothing.
Gym awesome pool nice set up
Decent bathroom amenities, mostly quiet hotel and seems very well run. Outstanding complete hot and fresh breakfast, delicious coffee, a television I could understand how to work, ample parking, excellent security. The wall behind my headboard of Room 331 started humming like an idling vehicle with varying levels of loudness and intensity at 2 am and continued until 7 am. We overslept because of it. When I mentioned it to the front desk clerk upon chec- out, she was very polite in thanking me for reporting it and seeing to having someone go check it out. I think I should have been offered something more, though, as an appeasement such as a free dessert or beverage or some additional showing that they cared about my lost sleep.
