Just needed a place close to news years party. It was convenient and very quiet. Front counter person very friendly and helpful. Switched me to a more quiet location and into a room with a single bed since I was by myself.
The balconies! The arrangement of the rooms was great, the beds were very comfy and the restaurant food was excellent, better than most hotel fare.
Very clean and well run. Pleasant staff. Easy to access from freway. Nice area. Too expensive-that far out of the city should decrease the price. Too modern-Sheraton tries too hard to be edgy and modern which means it loses a bit in hominess. Bed was comfortable but room overall felt a little stiff and unwelcoming. Also didn't like that hotel is disconnected buildings. It meant a long walk outside to my room even once I was in the hotel.
Check in was easy. Breakfast was great. Staff was fantastic. Room smelled and looked extremely clean.
Clean, courteous staff, comfortable and value. N/A
Great bed and in the right location. Easy to find. Good lighting and clean. Nothing
Location Bed was lumpy. Tile grout was dirty. Bottom of bathroom door was rotted. Air conditioner was loud...etc
The first room we were given had a foul smell, even though it was a non-smoking room. We were quickly given a different room upon calling the front desk, which I greatly appreciate.
Overall a good experience, clean, well run. Heater / air conditioner is loud, noisy, interrupting sleep
Uncomfortable bed Needing repairs - ie. Door/deadbolt difficult to secure or enter

Arrived early and was able to get an express checkin. Nothing.
Gym awesome pool nice set up
Decent bathroom amenities, mostly quiet hotel and seems very well run. Outstanding complete hot and fresh breakfast, delicious coffee, a television I could understand how to work, ample parking, excellent security. The wall behind my headboard of Room 331 started humming like an idling vehicle with varying levels of loudness and intensity at 2 am and continued until 7 am. We overslept because of it. When I mentioned it to the front desk clerk upon chec- out, she was very polite in thanking me for reporting it and seeing to having someone go check it out. I think I should have been offered something more, though, as an appeasement such as a free dessert or beverage or some additional showing that they cared about my lost sleep.
Soft bed Reserved 2 double beds for our family of 4. On arrival only a king handicapped room was available. We were told we would have a king bed, a pull out sofa, and a roll away. There was no sofa. That was too squishy for 4 people. Can't get a mimosa or Bloody Mary on Sunday morning. The bar in a sold out hotel wasn't open.
The hotel itself didn't have a very pleasant smell on the third floor, it was very disturbing the entire 3-4 days.
Always a very good experience. Always very good service.
I loved it! So clean and the staff was accommodating and courteous! The breakfast was delicious! The room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and I didn't want to leave. Fantastic hotel!
Enjoyed my stay. It was my first time but will return. Was traveling on business. Front desk, Bar, hotel manager and friendly and efficient maid service is exceptional.
We come here every year for our anniversary. This by far is our favorite hotel. Love the turndown service! In-room coffee, wine bar and the beautiful bathroom. Thank you.
The feeling of being away from home - when only miles away.
I booked rooms at The Rose for 6 of our managers because we couldn't get everyone into the Hyatt. They grumbled at first at having to stay somewhere unfamiliar but once there they had nothing but praise for the place. What I heard repeatedly from all 6 was that it was so nice and beautiful, they felt guilty for staying there without their wives. All of them loved it and will most definitely stay there on future trips. Some mentioned they will plan vacations so they can take their wives this time. We were really surprised that room rates at The Rose were less than the Hyatt because the rooms and level of service at Rose were so much better. For anyone who isn't familiar with the area, Pleasanton is a great location to stay even if you are actually doing business in Oakland or San Francisco, or even as far down as Salinas because you can travel along hwy 680 and avoid the heavier traffic in the more populated areas.
We loved everything about the hote. We will stay again when in the area.
Thank you for a memorable experience. VERY ROMANTIC.Very nice loaction
I love The Rose Hotel. It is still and will always be my favorite. It's all about the details and you do it better than anyone!!
Location was great for strolling around town. The coffee in room was the best I have ever had! Not enough tables for breakfast.
